Rotten Business Dealings
I ordered a pair of bifocals for my purse on or around 1/9/25. The order went thru without telling me they were out of stock. A few days later I was emailed that they had given me a refund. They gave no explanation!!! I enquired and was told that their system did not show it was out of stock, but they were. I just received my credit card bill today with NO REFUND on it, just the charge. They had time to credit it, they certainly got it ON my credit card fast enough. No place to message them on Facebook or website. I think this is a scam and am going to contact BBB. I did contact site, but I doubt I will hear back and I don't have the order number anymore. I keep getting emails to them that are not deliverable. Sharon Cipkowski, 15 Kings Mills Rd. He is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to help us resolve our issues
He has a very kind attitude and always does his job with a smile.

Agents Don’t Serve Customers With Excuse of System Failure
We went to the Takhasusi branch over a period of 3 days to switch from a tourist SIM to a resident SIM and each time they said the “network was down”. Their agents seem tired and uninterested. I don’t believe their systems were down as we tried a 2nd STC shop a few minutes later near Tala Mall and we were served with excellent customer service from Thamer in the STC shop in Riyadh
A shame to mobile operators
I visit KSA once a year in December. First time in December 2021, I purchased an STC KSA SIM card and was told I need to make a call once a year to keep the number. This worked until December 2023. This year, my SIM card was recycled and the number was sold to a stranger who took over my WhatsApp!! Their Customer Service is always not telling the truth and keep closing the tickets.

Stay away from them, their home internet services are horrible . They charge you a fortune for something that does not work
Unhelpful Customer Support and Issue Resolutions
I am currently abroad and just disappointed by the way STC provides customer support. I have to activate my roaming and neither can I login nor am I able to reach them through phone. Their website throws errors, their e-mail support replies with a generic message and the phone line offers English support but it stays in Arabic! The only thing I'd appreciate is that their connection is usually very stable, no matter where you are in KSA.

I am Noah Ahmed, Account Manager in My company to coordinate with Zain Sudan,I have STC prepaid service, Yesterday there was SAWA service actived automatically for me, even it is good it will safe money for me, which is not good is that I have told the guy who initiate the service for me, I don't want any service, when I need I will activite it by Myself, so really I am not happy by this action and it give me bad Impression about STC as I knew it is leading tele communication in KSA. at the end thanks to give me this chance to explain my notice.

Fraudulent staff
I went for Umrah and asked for 1 sim card. I found out later the STC employee created 2 Sim cards under my name and fingerprint. I heard from another operator that the second sim will most likely be used for Fraud.
When the service is canceled, its fees remain in the invoice and the fees can only be refunded with a complaint

I am here from last 5 days visiting their office and every possible option they have but they only make lame excuses. They don't care for the customers. They are only earning money by giving you trash and pathetic service.
I bought a SIM from the airport with a package for 14 days. It costed me 65 SAR and it worked only for a day and stopped.
I went to the office with all proofs and they did nothing. And asked me to buy a new SIM.
Technicians don't arrive on time. Even the complaint portal throws errors.
I scheduled a Baity Entertainment (fiber internet) package to be installed in my home. First of all, the 900-support asked me to pay an insurance money (300 SAR) verbally telling me a Sadad number. They said that the technician will only come if I pay this amount. Once I paid, I was stuck as they just did not come in the timeslot provided. On the 4th call in a day, I was told they will contact in 24 hours. I am without internet for 4 days now and paying for expensive packages. When I attempted to raise a complaint through their website, even that raised an error.
