Good overall service
Good overall service. Friendly and helpful when dealing over the phone. The only thing that let the service down was the packaging. The 1000 sheets of letterhead paper arrived just stacked in a cardboard box. In transit, they had clearly moved around a lot and several of the pages had become damaged and had to be discarded. If they can sort out their packaging, I would give them 5 stars.
I received a replacement batch of paper without requesting it. Much better packed. Thank you for your proactive customer service.
I have now updated to 5 stars.
