Condo was clean, spacious and suited our needs very well. We loved the large deck and watching all the birds on the lake which was only feet away. Very enjoyable stay. Bring extra garbage bags and toliet paper as you only get one of each.

Great house Isaac is terrific really no complaints could use new pool table couldn't get tv in one of bedrooms nearest to street to work right but really everything was great would like to rent same house again next jan we are coming down again would like to deal with Isaac again thanks for taking care of us Isaac we all appreciate very much will be in touch soon call me anytime 5088447023 take care

It was an amazing experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything was hassle free. I will definitely be booking through starmark again.

I have no regrets about the home we chose for our mini vacation. It had all the amenities we were looking for. It was very clean and felt like home. Communication was excellent which is a plus ! I highly recommend and will stay here again if I ever come back that way. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to everything. You wont be disappointed eith this choice. Thank you so much ...

It was clean, but none of the blinds closed tightly and no privacy at night. Overall, the home is in need of an overhaul and upgrades.

In general the property is in very good condition and accessible to everything. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. On the other hand in the house we had a lot of heat, even at bedtime. I understand that for being a rental they want to limit the expenses but to feel the air conditioning in 84 degrees seems a bit excessive to me. we lowered the a/c to 69 degrees (not very cold or hot) and in a matter of minutes it returned to 84 degrees. If it were not for that, being in the house was not comfortable because of the heat, I would say that the property is perfect.

the place was good clean and where we needed to be,
problems was no wi fi was provided and also they change the accommodations prior to our visit, I reserved a 4 bedroom with six beds and they switched to 4 bedroom 4 beds only so it was uncomfortable for my Guests staying,
pool was great though.

My family are I just spent 12nights at this beautiful 3bedroom apartment. We arrived to meet everything literally as described.The apartment was very neat and cozy. It has a lovely bathroom attached to the master's bedroom and the second bathroom is shared by the other 2rooms.All bedrooms had a Tv. The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for use. Whenever we had any issue, Leandro in maintenance was always over( with a kind smile) quickly to sort it out. He made our stay quite comfortable. The environment where this apartment is located is quite pleasant. We had access to a pool and gym located on the premises. There are 2 grocery stores literally close by. International drive is a few minutes away by car. Having such a great place to come back to, every evening after an exhausting day at the theme parks, made our vacation even more perfect. I will definitely stay here again when next I am in Orlando.

First off, Starmark helped us out when our VRBO home was taken off the rental program 4 weeks before our trip. They found us a house comparable to the size we oringinally rented and worked out an extra night for us. The house however had a couple issues, like roaches, not enough cookware and utensils, and the games in the garage were in need of some attention. Overall not a bad stay but compared to our last rental in Orlando, it could have been better.

We didn't realize that you needed to pre-arrange for pool heat so we lost 2 days waiting for it to be turned on and then heat up. Then when we were ready to finally use it it had been turned off. So we really didn't get to enjoy the pool.

There were no trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent. So keeping the house clean and getting it ready for move-out turned out to be difficult.

There were 3 occasions where I called the management number. It was only answered once. The other 2 times it was not answered and I never received a call back.

Home was exactly as described. Security of community was great. Clubhouse with pools was a hit with kids.

I chose this location to be close to the place our daughter was staying. Unfortunately the map shown on the site (near Falcons Fire Golf Club) was way off. We were at least 10 minutes further away. There were tiny ants everywhere- even on my coffee cup after I filled it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but there was no booklet or information on the extra neighborhood features mentioned in extra amenities when I booked the house. No code or hours for the fitness center. I believe it it false advertising when you say you have certain amenities but don’t give guests access to them, or you charge extra ($50 for BBQ use). Also- just FYI no coffee filters provided, have to buy a pack of 300 just for 3 nights. The communication was horrible over Thanksgiving weekend. I left messages with several people and did receive a call back the next day from someone on call but they couldn’t help me. When they finally called back with a code to the fitness center, it was the wrong code.
We use VRBO multiple times a year and this is the 1st time I’ve had to give a bad review.

The rep who handled my reservation was accommodating and helpful. All my questions were answered and the home we selected was perfect!

The house itself was wonderful but the mattresses on the beds were very hard. They used a mattress boxspring combination with only a mattress pad cover it. All of the other amenities were wonderful along with the recreation center.

The house was beautiful. Kinks that has to be solved since it was a new house.

I was very disappointed in the property we stayed at. The home is very outdated, the mattress were very hard and old (in three of the bedrooms), the towels were old and needed to be replaced, the toilet seat in the master bathroom downstairs needed to be replaced, the garage was dirty and the pool table didn’t have to property equipment to play pool, the interior needs to be painted very bad, and the television in the living room is outdated (clarity was bad. The home could’ve been cleaned better the baseboards were dirty. Overall, the stay wasn’t as pleasant as last year. The pictures of this property weren’t anything like the actually home. The pictures made it looked much nicer. This home needs a lot of TLC. Hoping next year we have a better property.

The place was great, and i recommend this place for vacation trips

Beautiful home 6 bedroom 4.5 baths very spacious. Only thing that area has little to no cellular service but the home came with WiFi so that kind of made up for it

Two complaints:
1) Upon check-in, we were told we still owed the full balance. However, we had paid in full 2+ weeks in advance. It seems someone didn't input our payment properly. We sent confirmation directly to the front desk and was told it would be fine. This was a relatively small delay upon check-in, but then 2 days later we had a note on our door telling us to call the office. Turns out, no one made note of that confirmation we sent 2 days previously, so we had to call and spend more time re-explaining the situation.

2) Upon arriving at our unit, the Air Conditioning Unit was not on and clearly had not been running. Very hot. Luckily for us, we were only stopping in and then going out for the rest of the night. When we returned, to their credit, it was working and has worked for the remainder of our stay, very well.

I'd probably give it somewhere closer to 3.5 stars if I could, but, not truly a 4+ experience this time around. All of that said, we have stayed at properties on Vista Cay for about 5-6 years now and will almost certainly be returning again.
