Defective Mattress
We purchased a double mattress that is still within the warranty period. However, after a short period of use, the mattress has developed a significant sagging issue, despite following the instructions for rotating its position correctly.
The store’s team has visited my home several times, and the problem was visually confirmed. Nevertheless, the assessment carried out used imprecise and questionable measurement methods, which led to the refusal to replace the mattress, despite the obvious defect.
We kindly request a suitable and definitive solution to this issue, preferably the replacement of the defective product, as the problem affects sleep quality and may cause health problems.
