Zero customer service
Received the wrong item.
I notified Spygeargadgets that this was not the item I ordered. I sent a copy of the receipt and received a response stating that they would send an RMA and resolve the issue. Three weeks later and I haven't received or heard anything back.
I sent several emails w/o any response. Tried to start a chat but always states that it is not available at this. Left VM and no return call.
