Very disappointing experience and…

Very disappointing experience and customer service.

I placed an order and reported issues on 05/03/2026. I followed up again on 25/03/2026 and also contacted customer service by phone on 26/03/2026, where I was told to send another email.

As of 21/04/2026, I have still received absolutely no response.

The problems with the order:

Three hoodies were incorrectly printed (back logo placed far too low compared to the confirmed design)
A pair of slippers tore within less than a month of normal use

I have spent €1,797.76 on this website this year, so being completely ignored as a customer is extremely disappointing.

At this point, it’s not even about the mistake anymore—it’s about the complete lack of communication.

I’m still hoping for a proper resolution, but I would strongly advise caution when ordering here based on my experience.

Avoid like the plague - loads of better companies out there

This company used to be great - hence all the (historic) good reviews. Absolutely terrible now - hence all the (recent) terrible reviews. Still waiting for my tshirt weeks later - it’s apparently been sent from Germany which is absolutely not made clear when you order it from the UK. Attempted to complain and get a refund but the form on their website doesn’t work. At this point I can only conclude it’s pretty much a scam. Avoid them like the plague. I assume there will be some kind of nonsense response here but my money has pretty much been stolen and they couldn’t care less. Enjoy the £20 you absolute crooks.

Completely useless website was unable…

Completely useless website was unable to order can not share basket Evan logged in and phoned to get advice and continued to not allow us to purchase Evan after trying 8 times with multiple ways I was still in able to purchase the product unfortunately I think there is a really problem with the website currently it continues to come up black or simply say it does not ship to this address Evan knows have tried multiple addresses both in and out of cities

customer service

Reached out to them with a few issues with putting designs on their badges and the recurring issue of the design being put on perfectly and then when you save it they automatically move the design to the the left.

The response i got from their customer support was awful regarding this, the first person didn't bother to answer my 2 queries and just told me she had no clue what i was going on about and then the second person essentially told me a bog standard answer which did not help one bit.

Makes a customer feel fobbed off like they do not care about customers at all, after working in customer service for 10 years their is a lot to improve on

Poor Print quality

Poor Print quality.
Nice design tool, shame the t-shirts aren't better.
Poor colour opacity on their digital prints.

Stay off the black ink on white (+black ink on other shirt colours) printing.
other reviews say the same... however my black tshirt is great....
customer service still terrible.

AVOID - POOR COMS - POOR SUPPORT

Not at all impressed with this company.

While creating a bespoke printed hoodie, I uploaded an image of the Union Jack flag. On my laptop, the image file displayed as a full rectangle (the correct flag shape). However, after placing the order and reviewing the confirmation, I noticed the preview on the website showed the corners of the image cut off — the blue sections behind the red lines had been trimmed on all four corners.

I immediately emailed the company requesting that the order be placed on hold with a clear “DO NOT SHIP” instruction. You can imagine my frustration when I received a shipping notification the following morning anyway.

Customer service has now told me there is nothing they can do until the garment arrives. This means I have to wait around two weeks for the incorrect item to be delivered, and then — if they agree to replace it — potentially wait another two weeks for a replacement.

Appalling customer service and completely unreasonable policies when it comes to resolving issues.

I will be raising a credit card dispute.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Non-delivery for Christmas

Looking at the recent reviews, it seems this company had a lot of issues with getting parcels delivered by Christmas 2025. This unfortunately happened to me. An apron ordered on 12th December that was supposed to be delivered by 24th latest, finally arrived on the 31st, obviously way too late for Christmas. The worst thing was the lack of response to emails sent. Also they should have given an earlier cut-off date for Christmas orders. Finally they did refund me which was appreciated, and the apron is of good quality. However, it will be difficult to trust this company to deliver on time in the future.

Easy to use service, quality product, good follow up customer service

We placed two orders with Spreadshirt, a few days apart in December, for Christmas gifts.
I found the website very easy to use (even for a 71 year old), very easy to design or modify the different elements including importing my own images etc.
We were very happy with the end product, both the print quality as well as the quality of the cotton.
The only issue was with the delivery which ran late. The first was a couple of days after the forecast date, while the second arrived a few days after Christmas. In fairness, late deliveries was a thing here coming up to Christmas. We had orders incoming from UK and Germany, and outgoing to Paris, and all were late.
The customer service follow up was excellent, numerous communications, including offering to resend the order, or a refund or credit.
Overall happy with ordering/design process, quality and customer service.
We will reuse and would have no problem recommending Spreadshirt.

Package never came

Unfortunately my package never arrived - they told me when I called that they sent it out without a tracking number, so there was no way for them or me to follow up on where it was! They said there was nothing they could do on that front. Really disappointing as it was a present, and after reading so many good reviews I didn’t expect to be let down! Two stars as the making/designing process was really straight forward.

No order received, no communication

I haven't received my order which was placed on the 6th December, no tracking details are provided, and no one has answered my communications. So now I do not have 2 of my sons Christmas presents. Not happy at all 😔
EDIT - my order which should have been here between the 12/17th December finally arrived today, 29/12.
Too late for christmas but at least its finally here.

Delivered on 2nd attempt but delivered

I have ordered a product that was posted on 09/12/2025 and today is 20/12/2025 still not delivered. NO track number, no conclusive replies to my emails, nothing.

Sender got in contact with me on 22/12, sent me a tracked package this time and although not on time for Christmas it arrived and my wife is very happy. And by the way the quality of the product is very good

Didn't turn up after almost two weeks missing in action. A German company desperately pretending to be a UK company, meaning you have all the vagueries of international post. Expensive, junk delivery, go elsewhere.
