Worst on line delivery service possible. You cannot speak to anyone or call them. It has a BOT where there is no choice to actually speak or chat to a real person.Ordered pair of trainers delivery now 3 days late and still no news, no updates, no calls, no e mails nothing. They use Evri and again you are unable to get any information on delivery. Again its a BOT and you cannot speak to a real person or chat with one. Never again will I order on line with Sports Authority. Appalling service and NO customer service

I ordered a jacket on sale and it was an excellent deal that was easy to order and arrived quickly. I will use Sports Authority again in the future whenever their price is the most competitive.

I can't speak for other branches nationwide, but the store in Lancaster is amazingly consistent in their ability to be accessible, polite, knowledgeable and patient. I have an 11YO boy who takes 3 sports a yr. which inevitably involves an inordinate amount of uniforms, accessories, shoes, cleats, etc. and with that, there are always questions. They are fabulous each and every time. Nothing but professionalism. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my sports items.

Picked up some baseball mitts on discount and it was a pleasure to shop on their site./ big selection as well as baseball mitts and other equipment. No complaints as their gear came according to plan. Right size and fast shipping. Only thing I didn't like was no order slip inside the box, I had thought I ordered multiple things bercause i'm absent minded but it's fair all in all.
