Avoid sport depot at all cost!
I made an online purchase and then I cancelled it the same day, as I read some bad reviews of the product.
The transaction has gone thru and their representative told me it would be refunded within two weeks.
I never received any written confirmation for the cancelled order. It's been more than two weeks and I still haven't received my money back. I called sport depot several times. Every time they were going to check and call me back and they never did. I had to call my bank and initiate an investigation.
Ordered with click & collect option in Varna, Bulgaria, a week later my order is still not dispatched. Still waiting for a update on my order. Literally every other online store offers click & collect option with up to 3 days delivery. Never ordering online from this store again.
Better spend more money at other store and spare time.
Great selection and terribly slow delivery... Orders from Amazon arrive at my door in 5 days, but sportdepot.bg in Sofia needs at least 10. I will never order from this store again. Shameful.
1 месец чакам възстановяване на сума заплатена онлайн.Писах имейли , звънях им всеки те препраща към друг.Поръчката беше анулирана ден след направата и на 09.12.24, днес е 06.01.25 .. Не ви ги препоръчвам за онлайн пазаруване.

Bad support and very slow. It takes more than a week!!! Even if something is listed online in the store, that doesn't mean they really have it. Then they sent a code to apologize, which is Iower than the promotion and cannot be combined. I will NEVER buy there again online.

Преди месец ми продадохте дефектен SUP на цена от 679.00 лв.
Направих рекламация на стоката в Sport Depot Пловдив преди 30 дни.
От там ми казаха, че рекламацията ще бъде приоритизирана, тъй като това е сезонен спорт, което не се случи.
Също така ми казаха, че ще свалят друг модел SUP от сайта и ще го запазят за мен за да мога да го заменя след, като рекламацията за дефектиралия е одобрена, което също не се случи.
Днес получих отговор чрез SMS, че дефектния SUP който ми продадохте е ремонтиран и мога да заповядам в магазина, което въобще не отговаря на очакванията ми.
Когато избрах да взема SUP от Sport Depot не съм отишъл с нагласата да взимам дефектна стока и смятам, че дефектните стоки се продават на доста по-ниски цени, а не на цената на здрави такива.
В сайта ви пише следното " Ако претенцията ти е уважена, наш колега ще се свърже с теб, за да се уточни какво желаеш да бъде направено – продуктът да бъде заменен или сумата за него да ти бъде възстановена. ".
До момента никой не се е свързал с мен, за да уточни какво искам да бъде направено, въпреки, че го споменах още в деня на рекламацията, а то беше, че очаквам да го заменя за друг модел SUP.
Ако знаех, че ми продавате дефектна стока, то аз нямаше да избера да взема стоката от вас.
