I won £3000 and still not given me my…

I won £3000 and still not given me my withdrawal. I have sent all relevant documents and they continue to come back with exscuses. I am so angry. They then say 48 hours they have to review documents so of course that starts again if they ask for something else.
Terrible terrible site. Avoid

AVOID!!

I deposited £20 and it didn’t go through. I didn’t receive the credit and they still took it from my bank. Spoke to them and they wanted a million documents to prove they took my money. Took it as a loss closed my account and leaving a review

Worst gamble site ever

Worst gamble site ever! Cancel my withdrawl because of my middle name. Revolut has one of my middle name as first name and that violated their policy. Contacted them in chat at their website and got a horrible respons. Like they did not understand what the problem was. Never playing here again! Play on STAKE instead of this scammer site.

So far I wouldn't even give them a star , for one I deposited and got my 100 percent bonus , I play lightning roulette which they say uses a random ball numerator , well my first bet was 21 25 34 so what happens 17 drops and 4 drops in as lightning , this occurred everytime I deposited as I always play them numbers , if I take a number of it drops in straight after this happens 9 times out of ten , also I have watched lightning numbers drop all but the ones I'm on , so I randomly picked numbers that never drop as lightning but the other 34 have dropped even twice lol , havnt won a thing yet since joining , so deffinately going to close my account if the next visit is the same

Spinland has a great choice of games

Spinland has a great choice of games, unfortunately, that is where the positive ends. Over the past two weeks, I have made 5 withdrawals and not one has been received. I have raised a complaint with Spinland and despite emailing and using their live chat facility, (which is pretty useless), I have been unable to find a way forward. I have even raised a complaint using Resolver and all I get is that my case is being looked into. I am waiting for the response to my complaint before I go to eCOGRA. I note that other people who have left reviews say the same about withdrawals. This is an honest review and I would urge caution before using this site.

I re joined spinland after voluntarily joining gamstop for one year.no restrictions were put on my account but I noticed I never got a deposit bonus.eventually on Xmas day they told me that I would not get a deposit bonus because of my envolvement with gamstop.i was never informed of this when I reopened my account.i feel victimised.i deposited hundreds without ever knowing I could not get a bonus when others depositing the same could???.if that's not victimisation then what is.no restrictions were put on my account at all.so basically they didn't give a toss

Absolutely, the worst gaming site I’ve been on…
It claimed I was playing with bonus money matching my deposit (£20.00)
When I changed games as the team at out ratio was minus five or something.
I opened up another game and it game me NO bonus money, it said I’d been playing with my own cash and I only had £3 ish!

What a con!
Only use this site if you get kicks out of flushing your money down the toilet!

Dishonest

I cannot stress enough, do not give this casino a penny of your money or a second of your time. I have just submitted a complaint in regards to this casino for fabrication and dishonesty, all 3 attempts with customer advisors led me to escalate this matter.

The issue was in regards to an email saying that I had 20 bonus spins on Book of the Dead deposited to my account (no deposit needed). Headed to my account and had an inbox message stating the same. I opened up the game and a pop up tells me I have 10 free spins. I play them through and then contact an advisor through live chat just to query why I only had 10 spins credited, it’s not a big deal at this point and normally would have just closed the site and thought no more of it.
3.5 hours and 3 advisors later it is now no longer about the spins and I am infuriated and will be perusing this matter until it is fully resolved.
2 advisors told me that 20 spins had been credited (10 at 17:24) - I didn’t even start playing until 17:27. And 10 at 17:27:49 which when looking at my account history and transactions this time doesn’t exist. There are 2 credits at 17:27 for 50p for Book at the Dead, which at 10p per spin equals.......10 spins.

I have provided screen shots and it is clearly evidenced in my gaming history what was credited and when. There is no record of any transactions prior to 17:27. They said they couldn’t help me any further and when I said I would be raising a complaint the advisor told me she would need to close my account.

The spins are no longer relevant, I don’t care about the spins. I care about what is right and just. A casino telling me I had been given something when I hadn’t, and not being able to provide any evidence to substantiate this - while I am providing evidence on the contrary is unacceptable.

The larger issue here is the casino is basically calling me a liar, even in the face of clear evidence. I will absolutely escalate this matter to the courts if needed.

I wouldn't.give it one star, can I just warn anyone.not.to use them I deposited 50, played through the.bo is and wagering requirements and won 14500 a hell.of a lot of.money for.someone.like.me, then to be told.id broke clause 13,who the hell reads clauses or breaks laws willingly, they are pissed that I cashed out and didnt reverse withdrawals and spend or deposit further. £14000 is a lot.of.money a sum I will never see again in my lifetime. I will be taking it further, though I dont think I'll get any where, honestly I'm just a house wife who was bored and suffers with bipolar so can be a bit.manic, please please stay away. Having played many casino sites I fing…

Having played many casino sites I find cashout times to be 2 to 3 days latest for funds to be in my bank. Howether I'm heading into my 3rd week with spinland and still no money. I've contacted chat numerous times all they say is it's been processed should be in your bank today time after time. Now I've sent them email of bank statements showing no funds have been received I get a reply saying it's been sent to the correct department and will be looked in 48 to 72 buisness hours with the weekend end coming up it's going to be nearly a month before I get paid. If you want paying out within a week try another casino.

update....another 3 days have past still no funds recieved and no reply to case with bank statements sent. Seems like only effort they have made is replying to a negative review on here .

Good and reliable casino

I had make 3 deposits by this casino. With the first two I had no luck, on my 3rd deposit i had more luck. When I wagered the bonus I had make a little win and make a withdrawal. All went well. The people on the chat where very kind and helpfull. I don't have a bad feeling by this casino as stated in other reviews. Plenty of games. Just a little kind of bad that there are no tournaments. But overall a very good casino in my opinion.

Spindland Casino Review

The website is very poor, going down in middle of game.
They blocked my account because i tell them about this problem, i ask them about refund my deposits and i must wait 28 days, definitely i don't recommend this website. Avoid spinland casino, spinland casino negative reviews from players are real.
Update: Don't believe another positive feedbacks from another websites.
