Helpful support staff

Been with Spider VPN for around 8yrs and during this time it's been a very good service, totally reliable. I've got the spider pro router and over the last two weeks it kept dropping connection. Tried flashing the firmware, hard resets, all to no avail. So raised a couple of tickets with support and they've been amazing. Quick to respond once the ticket was picked up and at times literally having an email conversation for two days whilst the problem was diagnosed and corrected for me. I had to manually update the firmware and they talked me through this and ironed out some config at their end. Couldn't ask for more. So why not 5*...the agent(s) I dealt with were amazing, however it did take a couple of days and support tickets before my issue was picked up. Had this been picked up within 24-48 hours it would have definitely been 5*.
Definitely recommend if you're looking for a VPN provider.

I have been a Spider VPN customer since 2018, and I can confidently say it is one of the most reliable VPN services I have used. I have the Pro router installed at home and the app set up on all of my family’s devices, providing seamless protection across the board.

While I experienced a minor issue during the initial setup, the support provided was helpful, and I have not encountered any problems since. The service performs exactly as expected and has been invaluable for secure access to UK content while travelling abroad, as well as for maintaining privacy when accessing international sites from the UK.

I've been a client with Spider since the very beginning...
I've had a few minor issues, most of which over the years have been successful...
I read that people saying they couldn't or can't get in touch..
Well (N01)...login to your account and raise a ticket and you will receive notification that your issue is being looked at..
(No2)..send an an email to sales at spider .org vpn
They always respond...it takes a few hors to a day...but they'll sort yiu out
I can only sing the praises of all the people at Spider

No way of communicating to raise a issue

I have not been able to access their services for the past 8 weeks. I have tried continuously raising this by opening a ticket which keeps coming up with an error message. Without a contact number or email number or chat line there is apparently no other way of communicating a problem with the service. I think this is very poor customer service as there is no way of communicating with them. I have already lost 2 months of service which looks like to continue.

Is anyone currently having problems with Spider VPN connecting to BBC iPlayer and ITVX? I have been with them for almost three years but there is currently a problem and despite trying everything their customer support suggests, nothing is working and I’m currently getting no admission there is a problem, coupled with radio silence!

Very poor customer service

I purchased a 2 year vpn product from spider vpn in September. For the past 2 weeks I unable to access the service. I have raised this with spider vpn customer service online ( apparently this is the only way of contact ) The support given from customer
Service has been very poor. They take nearly 24 hours to reply and when they do, they are unable to resolve the issue. I have asked for someone to contact me to which I stil have not had a reply. So basically I have paid for
2 year service but I am unable to access the service. I would not recommend this vpn provider as I have experienced very poor customer service.

VPN connectivity

Small technical issue with my router VPN service. Opened a ticket with advice on problem and within 15 mins the support staff had updated the router firmware and relief back asking me to login again etc. problem solved. Excellent service.

I’ve been using Spider VPN since 2018…

I’ve been using Spider VPN since 2018 it’s been working exactly as they say and had no problem at all I only had to get in touch with them three times during this period first time when I was first trying to connect the Spider vpn router for the first time and that’s due more to my little knowledge of computing and electronics were I was guided step by step to do so.
Second time when we were all hit with pandemic and my renewal was due and about to cancel they were very understanding and very kindly extended my vpn for a couple of months till I sorted my self financially (No one will do that now a days wether it’s pandemic or not) which I was very great full and never got the chance to say thank you to Spider VPN THAN YOU.
Third time just now I needed to update the firmware of my router and again there have been very helpful and replying to me within two to three hours despite I was sending my requests at early hours of the morning.
Forgot to say I’m using my vpn on my mobile phone as well.
Thank you Spider VPN keep the good work.

Spider vpn router satisfaction.

I had a problem with my spider router and contacted support for help, it was arranged for a time to login to my router with a tech from spider vpn and he was amazing, had it all up and running he did something to it and the download and upload speeds are lighting fast a 100% better. i must admit i,ve never had any problems with spider vpn except this issue that was promptly rectified, they have an amazing tech team, i am a very satisfied customer of 6 years and would recommend anyone looking for a very good vpn to try spider vpn you wont be disappointed, i dont normally write reviews but on this occasion credit where credit is due. A+++

They suspended my service 3 months in a…

They suspended my service 3 months in a row for non payment even though I had paid via PayPal. Each time I was forced to log a ticket and give them the payment id which took days for them to respond to. On the third time I decided to cancel and go to another provider.

I am an existing Spider customer and have been treated extremely poorly. An infuriating experience.

I am an existing Spider customer. Last year, 2022, I tried to order an additional router, but no-one responded to my query on your website. I bought a competing product. This year, my wife asked me to get another Spider, and so I have tried to persevere with your extremely poor customer service. I ordered a new router on 14th February 2023, and now more than two weeks later, I don't even have a tracking number for the courier delivery, and you have charged my Paypal account. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience, currently unresolved. Why don't you have a phone number? Extremely inefficient communication from Spider. Totally unresponsive.

Yesterday, you wrote in the Spider ticket that I would receive the router today, 2nd March 2023. Now, you are saying that I will get it tomorrow, "hopefully". Emphasis on the word "hopefully". Still, you haven't even provided me with a tracking number, for something that I ordered more than two weeks' ago. How could any customer have faith in your service? You seem to continually plumb new depths.

worth every penny

been using the service since 2018 and now have 2 active subscriptions for past 2 years (software and Router), barley have problems and when i do they are always on hand to help no matter what!
i highly recommend and do suggest the 3 year plan as offers better value!

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Had unread tickets for days after cancelling and still being through my PayPal. . Second ticket is for a refund to PayPal. No response. After reading a review to a guy . Exactly same thing happened for him where he went into weeks. Vpn it's self was ok to be fair. I just wasn't using it as it caused lag when gaming . For general streaming it was fine

After 2 days of trying to sort the…

After 2 days of trying to sort the issue on getting me back up and running, After reseting the router to flash updated software (I was told to do this) Now I cannot sign into the router dashboard and the customer service is absolutely dire. They are not interested in my issue full stop. I have been polite to them no disrespect to their staff and still I am no further forward. I will look elsewhere for a better service.
