I bought my house in Bembridge through Spence Willard last year, having given Sam a brief outline of my requirements. After viewing a number of suitable properties, I had an offer accepted on my primary choice. I found the whole Bembridge office team extremely professional and accommodating. I completed on my purchase a short while later. Highly recommended.

Having heard only good things about Spence Willard, it was an easy decision to choose them to sell our house in Bembridge, the sale went through very quickly, we believe due to the marketing of the team, Sam advised us to put it on at a realistic price which we did.
The whole of the team at Bembridge office worked to get the sale through, from Debbie who did the viewings to Lauren and Hannah in the office that made sure it went smoothly and kept us informed all the way.
Would definitely recommend them.

We bought via Spence Willard in Freshwater, the whole team was fantastic to deal with, always available and happy to answer questions, fix viewings and gave great insight into a few properties that we were interested in viewing.

We did offer on a property and David needs a specific shout out and special thank you for his fantastic communication and support throughout the process. All advice was relevant and helpful, information shared was accurate, it was refreshing to work with someone whom we felt we could trust, especially as a buyer.
When the transaction hit a slight wobble or two (through no fault of David or vendors but rather our surveyor and solicitor, I might add) David kept the communication channels open and friendly which led to a successful completion and our very happy family move to the gorgeous Island at last.
We highly recommend Spence Willard and will definitely choose to work with them again in the future.
