No response yet. Status of my orders.
I have recently placed two orders from your website. The product names and their respective order numbers are Oliver Peoples Lachman (#8958) and Oliver Peoples Bernardo (#8958). I just wanted to know the status of my order? Are the orders processed yet ? When will the order get shipped and when can I expect it to get delivered to me ?
I mailed earlier yesterday, but have not received any response yet. I have even tried calling on the number provided on the website +1 (209) 920-7732 but no answer.
Please let me know the tentative timeline. I’d really appreciate it.

Hi Hrithik,
Thank you for your patience. Our credit card processing services were reviewing your payment transactions and were unable to approve them. Since you placed three separate orders and used varying payment methods, the review process was longer than usual.
All orders were cancelled and the payments were voided. After your first order, we notified you immediately that your order was cancelled and advised you to try using PayPal. However, we did not receive a response and subsequent transactions were not made through PayPal.
We apologize for the delayed response.

Ordered some glasses on the 26th June…
Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.

We were able to locate and research your order. You placed an order on June 25th (Saturday). We sent an email on June 27th (Monday) that contained fulfilment details to the email address you provided at the time of the order. Your order was for a backordered frame. The product page for the frame clearly notes the backorder status. To further be transparent, we sent an additional email noting that this frame is on backorder and provided an estimated delivery date. We also have not received any emails from the provided email address. Please confirm that the emails were sent to info@specscollective.com. We can also be reached through chat and phone. We’d be happy to provide an order update or cancel your order for a full refund any time before the order ships.
Overall good experience
I found the Mykita glasses I wanted fairly-priced at Specs Collective and although the German manufacturer was experiencing substantial production delays (months), Specs Collective kept me informed, gave me options, and a discount in recognition of my patience. The glasses finally arrived today, securely packaged, after they had provided me tracking details. Solid customer service in spite of the manufacturer's challenges and I would buy from them again.

My experience was great in every way. Since discovering the website, the brand and model of the glasses I wanted. The purchase process, the service (thanks Oliver) until the delivery in Brazil was very smooth and efficient. I felt confidence and complete satisfaction. I loved my purchase.

Love Specs Collective!
Amazing! I already own a pair of Kaelos Elliot’s and came back for a 2nd pair. Kealos Mittys. Oliver was simply outstanding to work with. He helped me to place my order and was prompt in answering all my questions, even about forecasted shipping. My new glasses came as projected today and the script is perfect and they are lighter weight than my Elliot lenses. They need a minor adjustment for fit which I can do here in NY. I will be sending my Elliot’s to specs collective to update with new script. Fantastic company with Fantastic service!

Very prompt and helpful service especially over fittings and frame size. The pair I chose (Yuichi Toyama) is well made and an excellent fit. Lenses are great. No complaints and I would use Specs Collective again!

This is the 2nd time I purchase a glass frame from Specs Collective. I placed my order on July 9 and got my glass frame delivered on Nov 9. The delay was not the fault of Specs Collective. Oliver has been responsive and helpful all along. According to my experience, they deliver the order fast and safe. Many thanks to Specs Collective and Oliver. Please support them more.

Das bestellte Brillengestell sieht sehr gut aus! Jetzt fehlen nur noch die Gläser von meinem Optiker.
