Tom is a real gentleman. Knowledge and caring he made buying a car a real pleasure. I was apprehensive buying such a prestige marques but Tom was happy to handle all my questions to reassure and gave me all the time and space needed to be confident in committing to the car.

Post sale he has been incredibly supportive, honest and helpful. There have been a couple of minor issues but Tom has been responsive and very reasonable in helping me address them.

Highly recommended and a credit to his industry.

They had a car I wanted and did a good trade in on mine. No pressure sales who have a lot of knowledge about their cars and very helpful. Glad we bought from them and would be happy to buy from them again.

Oakley and the service team have done a first rate job on servicing both gear box and an intermediate engine service for my my Jaguar XF-S. First rate service from start to finish, competitive pricing and excellent communication. Will definitely use their services in the future.

What a place this is!!! Car failed on a rear shock at another garage but couldn’t do the work. Phoned these guys in a wim and it paid off massively. Oakley had the shock delivered and fitted within 2 hours(Hero). As professional as they come. Will certainly be using these for everything from now on can’t recommend them enough!

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Tom and Elliot, these guys are professionals at what they do. Done a deal with a lovely Range Rover and part exchanged my car in and was given a great price for mine. Highly recommended will definitely be using these guys again even when I’m from London.

Amazing first class service went over and beyond to help us out with our Bentley as we were staying at a local hotel and had a oil light come on .The gentlemen was very professional and dealt with it quickly so we could enjoy our day.Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them

Had my car two years now, and the thing that really stands out for me is the ongoing excellence in service.

MOT, servicing and even a simple bulb change, polite, friendly and helpful and always as accommodating as they possible can be.

Having bought an Audi SQ7 I am happy to say it was a fantastic experence from start to finish.
I had a couple of very minor issuses that they sorted out very quickly.

My BMW was bought from Ocean BMW and last serviced by Ocean BMW, ABS fault required urgent attention as We are going on holiday next week with the car, Ocean BMW refused to look at it as too busy, in step Specialist Vehicles, lady receptionist brilliant, inspected the car same day and completed the repair within 24 hours. Basically a great experience!
Elliot was brilliant throughout, he put up with all my silly questions, showing me all the possible purchasing options. I didn't feel pressured at any time.
The car was superbly presented, and valeted to perfection.
I had a small issue, nothing major, these things happen, I popped in to ask what it might be and Elliot arranged for me to expect a phonecall from the Service Centre the next day.
Sure enough Katie called me asking me to come in that morning for them to diagnose it, following which she booked me in for repair and arranged for me to have a courtesy car. I dropped the car off in the morning expecting it to take at least a couple of days, but I had a call to say it was ready to be picked up the same day. So a big thank you to the workshop chaps!

Brilliantly run business, 100% a case of quality not quantity, from 1st point of contact with Elliot to numerous videos sent to me via WhatsApp in a way of virtual viewing, to arriving to view and test drive to an immaculate car that was pristine condition due to master valeter Chris (thanks Chris was lush) had the test drive, was treated professionally and politely not pushy whatsoever, did the transaction of buying the land rover discovery sport, all MOT'd valeted and drove away same day.
Nothing seems too much trouble for Elliot and the team @ specialist vehicles.

Recently purchased my Audi S4 from this impeccable dealership. Elliot was fantastic from start to finish. There was no pressure from start to end to make a purchase. I was made to feel more than just a customer who was buying a car. Customer service is probably some of the best I’ve encountered when purchasing any of my previous 4 cars. I can’t thank Elliot enough for his expertise and support during the process of picking and purchasing of my new car.
The extra mile they go to, to prepare the car after purchasing for collection is absolutely amazing. The valet they did made the car look like it had just come from the showroom and the extra paint protection they offer is a no brainer and leaves your car looking incredible everyday. Bought car from Tom and Elliot couple months ago, very helpful all the way through the sale with great customer service. will definitely be coming back for an upgrade in the future.
