Excellent professional and quick service - I was hesitant at first but later on the line I did see how smooth and genuine this service was. Shoutout to Jerry and his team.

Extremely Disappointed with the Handling of My Urgent Request
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received during a time of great personal distress. I recently lost an immediate family member and needed my passport back urgently(Without visa) to attend the funeral. Despite repeatedly calling and emailing, I was told to wait for a cancellation form, which I finally received only after several days of follow-up.
Even after submitting the form, I was informed that it would take a minimum
of another 3-4 working days for my passport to be returned even though i already waited days for them to send me just the cancellation form—completely disregarding the urgency of my situation. When someone emphasizes that their need is urgent, it should be treated as such, especially in cases involving family emergencies and grief.
The lack of empathy and efficiency was shocking, and I felt abandoned in one of the most difficult times of my life. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and heartbroken. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through such an ordeal.

We are sorry to hear about what has happened, however, please know that we are not the embassy and in our services we do not keep your passport, if we are not wrong, you are trying to write the review about the embassy.
We would request you to please re-consider and check it once.
We are deeply sorry for your loss.

Aditya helped promptly and thoroughly explained the visa process when we were in the panic state but also a tricky situation. He gave that assurance by sharing the checklist of documents, required next steps and appointment. Absolutely glad with the service

The best visa agent I have ever dealt…
The best visa agent I have ever dealt with. I helped my cousin book an appointment for a Spanish visa through them. They sent an executive to assist my cousin with the application process at the Spanish embassy and everything went so smoothly with no hassles, and they charge so reasonably. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
