So stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Kunden schnell und effizient eine Antwort und Unterstützung erhalten. Alternativ können Sie sich auch direkt an Ihr Center-Team wenden, um direkte Unterstützung zu erhalten.

We have been waiting for over a month…
We have been waiting for over a month to review our contract, no reply from the sales team, can anyone assist????? what do we need to do to get a reply and prices for the new contract?????
Your reply does not acknowledge the issue nor provides a solution, merely outlines the process your team clearly did not follow
UPDATE
I have now received information from André and hopefully can come to a positive resolution, thanks to everyone who tried to assist.

We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront.
Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services.
