I was contacted by Spaces because I terminated a virtual office contract early due to heart failure and other disabilities. I won't be able to eat for the next 7 days because I only have food for 1 day and don't have resources to eat until 7-8 days from now. I live on $967 a month. I rent a room and it cost me $206 a week and I don't have any other sources of cash income. I was previously in a shelter. Spaces said I had to dissolve a company that was part of program project and never did any business. I had to drop out of that program because of illness. I have screenshots showing that I cannot access the dissolution forms on the California Secretary of State website and will have to pay for professional help. But, since I can't afford food or transportation, I don't see how I can afford to pay a professional. I just want to live what life I have left without threats and harassment. It is scary to be a disabled senior who has days when I can't eat and don't have access to the medication I need to have a multibillion dollar company threaten you with collection agencies and attorneys. They terminate contracts for people who can afford to get legal help declaring bankruptcy and navigating the maze of obstacles California has put up for those trying to dissolve a company. Since I am no longer in California, I can't even go to court and defend myself. The stress from Spaces plus lack of food are exacerbating my terminal condition. If I have never used Spaces for a Virtual office that I received services from, I could have saved money and would be living in peace right now.
