I have had a very poor experience with the overall Finance team. After being moved to this office late last year due to the sale of my previous building (which was already a disruptive process), my rent was then taken twice in one month due to an internal error.
Despite this mistake being acknowledged in writing and repeated assurances that a refund had been processed, the funds have still not been returned. In the meantime, rent for the following month was also taken.
I have spent a significant amount of time chasing this issue, with missed timelines and a lack of response from the Finance team. This has been both stressful and unacceptable.
I would like to note that the on-site management team has been helpful and responsive throughout, but they have not been able to resolve the issue, which appears to sit entirely with central finance.
Based on this experience, I would advise prospective customers to be cautious about billing and refund processes or about renting any office space with Regus/IWG in general
