Turnaround
Over 6 months here now using the lounge. Bright, beautifully designed and modern workspace. Hovers around 70% full - great balance for feeling productive but also professional and focused. Basics all seamless: superfast WIFI, printing, low music, power sockets etc. Staff are initially professional and firm on rules. In my view they are rightly so - earlier in 2025 lounge members were abusing the space for loud meetings and a constant stream of visitors, but the staff nipped that in the bud. Otherwise, after showing a little bit of respect for the rules here the staff are wonderfully warm and supportive. There's the bonus of an exceptional coffee shop (Kolly) in the building. Well done to Sid, AJ and Hala.

Ealing Broadway UK 'Spaces'- Extremely rude Sales consultant/manager!
After having a quick look around with the receptionist (who was polite) she asked if I would like to meet with the man that could show me around more of the offices. The man came out and greeted me and took me in the lift so that I could see some of the offices on the other floor. In the lift he asked my name, so I told him my name. He then asked what my company name was. I said that I'd rather not give my company name right now, as I just wanted to have a look today. I could see his face change immediately as he looked quite annoyed, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. As we walked past some offices I said that these looked nice as they seem more private than the ones downstairs. He ignored me. He walked towards the office, opened the door and in a rude way just gestured towards the office as if to say "here it is". At this point I felt really uncomfortable and quite threatened. I asked him how much the office was and he ignored me. I asked him why he was ignoring me. He said in a very annoyed voice "I can't give you the price because you would have to give me your company name, email address and phone number". I was shocked at his childish and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I followed him back to the lift not really knowing how to deal with this. When we got into the lift he made a point of having his back to me (in a 2 person lift). I was grateful that the lift had a glass side. At this point I asked why he was being so unprofessional and rude. He said in an angry tone that he was not being rude. The lift stopped and a lady got in and he greeted her in a polite way. When the lift doors opened he just walked away saying goodbye. I was going to leave, but spoke to the building receptionist (not the Spaces receptionist) as she asked how it went. I told her that this man had been extremely rude to me and that I was shocked at his behaviour. She suggested I go back to the receptionist of 'Spaces 'as she did not have the Head Office number. I went back into Spaces and back to the receptionist. I asked for the head office number. She took a while, looked a bit uncomfortable and at that point I realised he must have said something to her after he had said goodbye to me, as she kept busy on the computer but did not give me the head office number. The man then walked out and asked me what I wanted. I said I would like the number to your head office. He would not give me the number and said that I had refused to give him my name. I said to him that this was a lie as I had given him my name but not my company name. He continued to lie and say I did not give him my name and that he could not give me the head office number. He did not seem at all concerned that customers could hear him or the reputation of the company. In the end I just thanked the receptionist and also the receptionist of the main building. I am not the type to ever make a complaint as I always think how it might affect those people and their jobs, but this man treated me so rudely that it has brought me here today. I would not want anyone to be treated in this disgusting way. I had been excited to go and see 'Spaces' but now will never join or recommend this place to anyone. People like this should not work in a customer service role if they are unable to be professional. Very disappointed to say the least!!
