It was very simple to make the reservation, the sales team was very professional and answered all my questions.
At the location, the receptionist (Victoria) was very courteous, and quick to help.
The room was clean, away from all the noise and not too big.
The restrooms were clean.

What went wrong:
- Maybe a typical Monday, but the app was down, so was the online reservation system.
- The common area smelled like a food court around lunch time.

The site is comfortable and offers excellent services. The common areas are open and filled with natural light. The offices are quiet, and the meeting rooms are well-located. The area has plenty of amenities, including good restaurants and cafes.

The staff was great! They were very helpful and helped us have a fantastic meeting. The place was clean and organized. That helped it look not crowded and very comfortable.
