STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I had a highly disappointing experience recently when I attempted to sign up for an office space during a holiday. Despite making several attempts to reach out to their customer service, I was unable to connect with anyone. However, I decided to proceed and provide my card information, assuming everything would be sorted out. The following day, I requested to cancel the service as I had a change of plans, only to discover a rather questionable policy in place. It turns out that by signing up, I was obligated to pay for three months in advance—a detail that was never clearly communicated to me. Compounding my frustration, my card on file experienced difficulties with processing the payment on multiple occasions. Consequently, I was charged $535.00 for an office space that I never had the opportunity to utilize. I strongly advise avoiding any involvement with these individuals, as their practices appear deceptive and unscrupulous.

We do have a correct channel of support to assist our customer’s queries and concerns. Our customers can contact our account helpdesk team via their online account (myspacesworks.com) ‘Help’ section or contact their centre team for direct assistance.
All our agreements are formal business commitments which should be honoured. They can be ended provided they meet their notification period, per the terms of your agreement.
We certainly do not agree with your comment on ‘practices appear deceptive and unscrupulous’ as our teams go to great lengths to ensure transparency and clarify any issues before an agreement is signed.
