My experience with Regus/Spaces has been frustrating and disappointing, especially regarding their mishandling of my retainer refund. After waiting well beyond their stated timeline, I was informed that my refund was “resent.” Despite this, I have yet to receive it, and communication has been repetitive and unhelpful. Each follow-up feels like it goes into a void, with issues reportedly due to “high volumes” or banking errors on their end.
Even when I identified specific details, like correcting the BIC code, they failed to ensure the transaction was completed accurately. This has created an ongoing cycle of delays, unanswered questions, and unfulfilled promises.
If you’re considering working with Regus/Spaces, be prepared for potential headaches and a lack of accountability on their end. They appear more invested in excuses than solutions, and as someone who values responsiveness and professionalism, I can’t recommend them.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
The refund delay was due to an incorrect bank number provided during your online request to return the retainer.
As a result, when we processed the refund according to these details, it failed.
When we received the correct BIC number, we reprocessed it with the updated details. The refund was successfully processed in August and should have credited your bank account on 8 August. We have checked and there were no rejections; this payment is showing as successful in our systems.
