Spaces - Air Offices Recensioni 2

They have the worst finance and customer relations team I have ever met. They deducted an additional rental fee from my account, and I have been waiting for a solution for 2 months. Paying back the extra deducted amount shouldn't be this difficult.

Edit: Still no solution!
One of your colleagues contacted me about this issue, and after he spoke with the finance team, they decided to refuse this overpayment. It is obvious that there is an overpayment, as all of the employees that I spoke with accepted this, but their unbelievable finance team(!) couldn't able to see it!

Edit 2:
After I wrote some comments on various platforms and persistently sent emails stating that they had made a mistake, they decided to check again and finally noticed the mistake this time and they refunded it.

If you are one of the tenants of this company, you should regularly check your accounts.

Er zijn twee laptops en een iPad uit mijn kantoor gestolen. Er is op nieuwsjaardag toegang verkregen d.m.v. een schoonmakerspas en toen zijn deze meegenomen. Spaces zegt "claim maar op je eigen inboedelverzekering" en doet er verder niets mee. Het lek is niet gedicht en ze komen niets tegemoet.
Ik zou hier absoluut niet mee in zee gaan. Er zijn ook al sinds het begin problemen met de elektronische sloten waardoor ik mij in andere kantoren kon toelaten, hier is ook nooit wat mee gedaan.

Update n.a.v. reactie spaces (welke ze later hebben aangepast):
1. De problemen met de elektronische sloten zijn vanaf 04-11-24 bekend. Hierbij is direct actie ondernomen door het "lokale team" maar is er nooit serieus mee omgegaan vanuit de Spaces kant.
2. Vernomen dat mijn inboedelverzekering niets dekt aangezien er d.m.v. een elektronische schoonmakerspas toegang is verkregen zonder braaksporen. Dit betekent dat de €8k aan schade niet wordt vergoed. Er blijkt geen verzekering te zijn welke dit wel verzekerd, dus als je hier huurt weet dan dat je altijd al je spullen mee naar huis moet nemen aangezien het lek nog steeds niet gedicht is en waar ik ook niets over hoor qua voortgang.

Volgende update volgt na reactie op mijn mail naar Spaces. Ze zijn enorm traag met reageren natuurlijk.
