Remote Worker, Self-Pay
I'm a remote worker and used the space as a place to land on super busy days or when I needed a quiet place for important meetings. The staff was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. The facility was clean and modern. However, the space wasn't a fit based on price and amenities: Depending on your plan you can choose 5 days, 10 days, or unlimited access and can choose your work setup (co-working or dedicated desk or office). Longer contracts provide more of a discount. I was paying about $20/day. This combined with the fact that there are very few tables in the co-working space that were functional for computer work made working from the space not much better than working from my car. There are desks and quiet rooms available, but they'll run $300/month or more. When the employee is footing the bill rather than the employer who would get to claim it as a business expense it's just not a great value. If there were co-working rooms with desks that had monitors to plug into, and proper chairs I would have gladly kept the service.
