The friendliness of the staff and the facilities available

Had to pay for parking. Business "lounge" was a corridor. Reception staff were nice though.

The facilities are good, the team in MK are great but the system and invoices processes are bad. I had numerous issues with invoices and late fees applied when they weren't late.

You constantly need to chase to get it resolved. I ended my contract purely because of all of the issues and then at the end, there is a bill of c£50 to clean and tidy your desk area. I wouldn't mind but it was hardly used and spotless when I left, let's face it, it's 1 desk.

And then to top it off, the deposit balance was due and still not paid. It's supposed to be returned within 30 days from the end date of your agreement, now chasing they say I must wait 60 days.

It's the worst and will never join them again and I recommend you try something different. It could be just me that experienced this but then if it is, how much bad luck can one person have with one company?

For all the hassle, it's just not worth it.

All in all, the only reason they get a score at all is because the team reception team in MK are brilliant but they can only do so much to remedy these issues, it all sits in the tech background.

Kirsten, Erica and Jo are all fabulous. I generally sit in a booth and enjoy the experience helping my productivity

Spaces reception always ready to help. They fix all problems which arise, if they can't they find someone who can.

Top work space! We moved to Spaces only a month ago and has proved a strong decision. Erica, Kirsten and Rosie are class and helpful of course. Nice office and great Cafe.

I've been working with Spaces for some time now, and I can't say enough about the amazing staff! They’re always smiling and always happy to help, which makes such a difference in the workday. The office space meets all my business needs perfectly. Plus, the great location and stunning views from the large balcony make it a truly inspiring place to work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workspace that combines functionality with a welcoming atmosphere!

Spaces MK is just the perfect place to be for any size business, from a startup desk through to multiple office spaces. Equipment and facilities is top notch and Erica and Kirsten make you feel welcome and offer support each and everyday. Many things are about the people, and Spaces MK is 100% about the people. Keep up the great work and would not hesitate to recommend anyone.
