STAY AWAY from Sovereign HK.
They will give you absolutely no support whatsoever if your company or you personally run into any difficulty. All they care about are their fees and nothing more!! We have a child with Special Needs and we had some significant unexpected extra costs for her wellbeing, together with a legal case for her correct care. At the same time we lost significant business due to the Middle East conflict.
Sovereign HK showed us absolutely NO empathy whatsoever towards a small delay in the payment of their fees. If you want a corporate service provider that will offer you support, STAY AWAY form Sovereign HK.
I cannot comment on other offices in their group but stay away from Sovereign HK.

As a financial advisor, I have never used such an incompetent Trustee in my life. My client has requested a small amount of his money back from a plan he set up years ago. There is plenty available in the plan. He has been lied to, mislead, delayed, ignored and they still have not returned his money, for two months now. They have called and chased his details, only to then disappear and not send the funds. Now they request even more information. The money is available and after over a month of chasing, they have request his bank details, as well as an affadavit, POA, POID, hand written and signed letter from settlor and beneficiary, bank statements and now they have request another signature from a notary. It is delay after delay after delay. I have spoken with staff members at Sovereign, and they have laughed about the overall incompetance of the firm they work at. The question we ask now: Are the Sovereign Group liquid and able to return my clients money? They treat their clients with distain, and treat the money they manage like it is their own. Shameful shameful Trustee!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

I would not recommend this pension provider to anyone. They don't monitor your investments. They are extremely slow in responding and their exit fees are far higher than any other companies.
It took me over 2 years to get what was left of my investments out and instead of showing compassion they put obstacle after obstacle in my path.
