Since booking a holiday with Sovereign nearly 5 years ago we have not even thought about booking with anyone else. Staff are knowledgeabl, helpful and friendly. Hotels have been outstanding, service exceptional from start to finish, attention to detail above and beyond. If we cannot go with Sovereign we won't go on holiday. 5 Stars.

Very easy to transact with. Plus having booked with Sovereign before I was helped by the same Travel agent making it a more personal service. The agent was able to book extra leg room seats and enable me to choose those seats which would have been more problematic. So I like the personal service that Sovereign gives. I prefer dealing with a real person rather than a web site.

On deciding on the general destination area, I contacted Sovereign. We had used them several years ago and were very happy with the service then. On this enquiry I received a rapid response to my enquiry from a very polite lady named Holly. After some further advance, options and a very competitive price, I booked the holiday. It was a pleasure speaking to Holly who understood my holiday specification, including budgetary ones.

Booking made over the internet, no face to face contact with sovereign. Booking was all my own work so do I mark myself. Does this mean that I have only got myself to blame if something goes wrong?

we think S0VEREIGN was a very good service apart from no taxi to meet our arrival at Paphos Airport, this was very disturbing after a long flight, but was ok at the last moment. The Annabelle has changed a lot and some older people ourselves included may not be so happy, as at breakfast one has to collect cups, tea or coffee as the staff do not do this any more which we think is not good for such a popular hotel. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will return one day.

This is the second time i have booked with Sovereign now and the experience of the actual trip and the lady who booked the holiday, Karen was both very knowledgable about the resort, and hotel group. We are visiting Ikos hotels for the second time, different location but i cannot rate Sovereign or the hotel group highly enough.

Louise worked hard to attain the best price for our trip, very professional , would definitely recommend.

A great personalised service. Our adviser, Helen, was very informative and efficient. She answered all our questions and gave valued advice based on her experience which was incredibly helpful. This all made the booking of our holiday really easy and to know Helen looks after us all the way up to and during our holiday is simply brilliant - a truly personal travel agent service. Can't ask for more! And can't wait for our holiday!
