Brought a faulty car from them, they agreed to fix the fault because it was under warranty. They had the car for 2 months, it came back with the fault not fixed plus broken display screen! Impossible to get hold of them, they don’t answer the phone plus are rarely in the office. Do not waste your money with this so called business. I’m absolutely disgusted with the service they have provided.

Good customer service at the start when we were looking to come and and see a car. Would always answer our calls. Came up for test drive and were very friendly. We purchased the car as they advised an MOT and service will be carried out before collection. We enquired about the warranty and they advised it was with themselves instead of a 3rd party. They assured us if anything was wrong with the car to find a garage by us and they would cover any expenses. However, trying to get hold of these people once you have the car is near impossible. We noticed the car was shaking going over a certain speed and issues with the clutch. We booked it into our local garage for a once over and they came back with a list of faults. One including something that would fail the MOT. We have tried daily numerous times to get hold of the garage with no joy. So the warranty they advise is worthless if you can't get hold of them! Avoid at all costs!!!
