Just received my 9th order in the last 5 years. Tried this on a visit to Devon in 2016 and then tried to get something similar - there is nothing as good as the chilli products, especially the jam. Even better is the service as they respond quickly and really do value their own products. The chocolate is amazing, the jam incredible and the sauces as hot as you can stand. FAB!

Ordered some chili chocolate as my husband is a chili lover really impressed by the quality of the chocolate & the kick from the chilies tried many over the years this is by far the best he loved it really presented well arrived quickly look forward to placing future orders

Good service. Wanted a few chilli based gifts. First time used South devon as usually go to Isle Of Wight but they had no chilli chocolate this year ! Nicely packed.

Excellent chilli plants. We finally got our greenhouse up at the weekend with the realisation that it was a bit empty. Looked online, found this company. Ordered some young chilli plants on Monday and they were delivered in great condition just now on the Weds morning. Thanks so much! Looking forward to growing these on.

I am really disappointed that almost all of the seeds from 2 packs have failed to germinate, and those that have are very spindly plants unlike others I have grown from a different source.
I have contacted the company to let them know but they have not even had the courtesy to acknowledge my email.
I will not be ordering from them again and advise you not to either.

Bought a number of different types of chilli seed from this supplier, they have in the past been very good with respect to the number of seeds that have germinated. However this year the germination rate on six different seed types was 0%.
Whilst seeds from another company using same soil and conditions was nearly 100%.
The entire batch must have been faulty, but the company seem unwilling to accept responsibility.
Certainly will not be using them again or recommending them

Even 1 star is too good for this appalling company. Ordered a chilli growing kit as a Christmas gift for a friend. I was told it was posted by first class on 17th December and I still have not received it. After several phone calls they refused to send a replacement, even though I offered to pay postage, and say that I have to wait over two weeks to claim a lost item. Ridiculous!

Easy to navigate website, good selection of chillies and related products, free postage and decent prices. Other sellers of chili seed are selling half the number of seeds for more money then adding postage on top, so we'll be back using this seller again if they remain competitive.
