Word to small businesses your selling yourself just as much as your product and if you don't have basic communication skills or the ability to work with your customers when something goes wrong to make them happy just may aswell pack it in

A bit of a tourist trap. Terrible customer service. Also do not expect to be able to return earnings, even if you returned minuets later just to swap, they quote for hygiene reasons. They do not elaborate on this, also in their returns policy it just states the same. No hygiene reasons are given or documents referred too. I will be looking into the legality of this myself.
Save the drama, go to Claire's accessories.

Wish I'd read the reviews here first before ordering. Necklace is lovely but arrived broken and it's taken several emails and messages to get a response. In fact the only reason I got a response at all is because I phoned the development they're in and someone kindly went down to the shop to get them to respond. And now I have to go queue up at a post office to return it and then they will (apparently) refund the postage costs, What a hassle. All the joy of getting the necklace has gone.

Just received my first order from Sour Cherry. Came across them completely randomly and ended up ordering a pair of earrings, a ring and some hair clips.

I love every item and the delivery was super quick. The packaging was gorgeous, including on the whole package, which arrived like a wrapped present. Such lovely attention to detail.

I could not decide which earrings to buy, and ended up buying three different pairs. They are all gorgeous and unique. The goods arrived quickly in a cute package.

Broken necklace arrived, a week and 2 emails later still no reply - if I had read the trust pilot reviews first I would not have bought as these issues seem to be quite common

I was made nervous by the reviews on here but my experience was good. I ordered the gold 'babygirl' necklace and it's good quality for the price, came in 4 days including a Sunday on standard delivery in a very pretty box. Would recommend.

Ordered multiple pair of earrings, they arrived promptly within a few days and are all very well made and unique. They were packaged beautifully as well. Good quality and a great price!

I have just recieved my first order from sour cherry and am really happy with the purchase. I ordered a set of earrings which arrived quicker than i expected. The earrings themselves are lovely and much nicer in fact than the online photos and lovely quality. I cant wait to wear them!!
They have some lovely quirky jewellery and im sure this will be the first of many purchases.

Felt I needed to leave a review as there are so many bad ones!! I was hesitant because of bad reviews but figured the prices were great so worth the risk. Ordered online , they came within a few days first class royal mail the jewellery is lovely very good quality absolute bargain considering they are really cheap but they look so nice 👌 would buy again any day and would whole heartedly reccomend these guys are my new favourite shop! FYI I bought 4 pairs of earrings from both of their labels all of them beautiful

Made an order and was sent the wrong item. Despite MULTIPLE attempts to contact, I was completely ignored, and never received the correct item.

DO NOT order from this business - they take no care in sending the right orders or sending on time, and have appalling customer service.

Thought I was getting a great deal, brought about 10 things for £20. To me that’s good.
However, it had been over a week before I had an email for shipping and that’s because I had to send them an email. They didn’t reply but changed my order to shipped.

I payed for first class signed and tracked, I used to tracking number that was given to me 48 hours ago and it still doesn’t work.
I understand they are just 2 women but if you pay for first class you expect first class.
I’m very annoyed, what could be a great company it an awful company.
I suggest never buying from them, save your money and your time.

Worst experience ever....

I placed an order on 6th march for a necklace for mothers day that coming sunday. I paid £7.50 for their 1-2 working day DPD service. As i wanted to make sure it would definately get here before that sunday.

A couple of days later no email about shipping and no item has turned up. When looking on the website under their 'contact us' page there is a notice stating that due weather conditions and there could be delays, i am completley understanding of this. However if this had been made aware to me at the time of placing the order and selecting such a high priced shipping service i probably wouldn't of bothered as i couldnt gurantee itd be here for when i needed it. Also on this page there are 2 options for contacting the seller. One email address and also a messaging system you can use on your account on their website.

At this point in the space of a week since placing the order i have made several attempts to contact them asking for an order update and then also in the end simply asking for the order amount to just be straight refunded to my PayPal. I have yet to receive any response from the company.

I emailed them 5 times to the email address provided on their website, i sent 3 messages on the system on my sourcherry account, i tweeted the company, i sent multiple messages to their instagram account i also sent a message to one of their personal Facebook accounts. Yet still today i have yet to receive any attempt at customer service. I think its disgusting that they cant even simply reply to email. In the last few attempts at contact i quoted my order number and simply requested a refund as i no longer needed the item.

Finally after mutiple ignored attempts to contact them i have received a full refund today 14 days after i had placed the order. This is only due to the fact i opened a dispute with them via PayPal. They are still yet to contact me. I did receive an automated email saying the status of my order had been updated to refunded. But im still yet to receive any actual response to my multiple attempts of contact.

Personally i would never ever use this company again and strongly suggest anyone i know to keep far away from purchasing anything from them. They are severely lacking any customer service skills and i think its disgusting how they have treated me.

Ordered on November 3rd and came lunch time November 4th! Super quick, super impressed! Such cute wrapping that it came in.

The necklace looks great really happy with it and I'm sure my friend who I bought it for will love it!

I ordered a necklace which had a floral patterned background with text on top. I loved it as the text was quite discreet and the colour of the background floral pattern was a lovely red/orangey colour. I received my necklace, it was packaged beautifully and I was impressed with the speed in which it came and the price. Unfortunately when I opened my package I was thoroughly disappointed.

The background pattern was barely there, could hardly see it and the colours were awful, much pinker than the image showed. The text was very bold and looked a different font to the image online. It also, wasn't centered and was too the side. Overall the whole necklace looked nothing like the images online!
I understand that these are handmade products and may not always be exactly the same but the quality of this print was appalling. I was thoroughly disappointed as I did love the necklace which I thought I was ordering and love to support handmade small quirky boutiques like this. I regret to have to post this review but I also found communication from the company regarding the refund process was very slow and uninformative. I heard nothing from the company as I requested a refund and even after sending the necklace back to them. It would have been nice to be given peace of mind to know that they had received the necklace back safely and the refund was being processed, instead I had to chase it up.

I hope that I am the only customer who has had these problems as this site has an array of beautiful unique jewelry and I hope these problems don't occur often. A little quality control before sending packages would be beneficial.

I ordered a simple necklace for a birthday present a couple of weeks ago.

Although payment was taken immediately nothing happened to the order for over a week, and the birthday loomed closer and closer. It says on the website that most orders are sent within a couple of days, but as it was all hand-made sometimes it took longer, so I wasn't too worried yet.

I did send an email asking if the order was going to be sent soon (or indeed even if it was in process - all the online order status said was "awaiting availability" with no further explanation).

A couple of days later the order status changed to 'shipped' - I didn't receive a reply to my email but thought as long as it was sent that was ok. It was strange that they did not include a tracking code though as all items are sent via recorded delivery (supposedly) - which I paid £2.50 for.

Several days later and nothing has turned up yet, I've missed the birthday so will have to send it on if/when it eventually arrives. I've sent another query to sourcherry but aren't too hopeful that I'll receive a reply, let alone my order or any help.

I will update the review with any developments, however based on my experience so far I could not recommend sourcherry to anyone.

[Update] Item has arrived, 11 days after order. Have awarded a couple of stars as I at least received what I ordered now.

The hand made items and hand written address on the packing made me feel an appreciated customer. The products are beautiful and cheap. Though one of items was glued and broke very quickly, so it was short lived. But it was cheap and I got a lot of compliments on such a unique piece. Also delivery was quick.
