Source Wood Floors Recensioni

Great service, helped us find the right product, sending numerous samples to us until we had the best one

Wonderful little find when we found “source flooring” - staff were great knowledgeable- friendly - patient - and extremely helpful for which we are very grateful - will definitely recommend!! 😁

Very good service

We were extremely happy with the service provided - Sarah made every possible effort to assist and to provide a good price. The aspect which was less than ideal was the delivery - we had 33 packs, each of which was very heavy, and the delivery guy wasn't up for moving them into the garage. If we hadn't had our joiner available to help - and my pensioner husband who really struggled - I don't know how we'd have transported them. We were warned in advance of delivery - but after purchase- that this might be the case, but that doesn't help if you are unable to arrange for a couple of strong guys to help on the day. We appreciate that they are just middlemen and delivery is arranged by the supplier, and so out of their control - but I think we should have been warned before purchase that this would be the case. And V4 need to do better.

Initial enquiries were fantastic
A follow up with some damaged boxes again top notch but sadly 1 final damaged box was not refunded or replaced

I appreciate it’s difficult to manage for the seller but as a customer with over 450kg of flooring fits not practical to check as requested

Flooring itself is lovely

I can’t praise Sharon and Sarah from Source highly enough!!
They truly went above and beyond with their expertise, efficiency and their desire to advise with the customer’s best interest solely at heart.
I feel blessed to have found a company like Source who have restored my faith in online trading which can so often be a minefield.
I’d thoroughly recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is a rare breath of fresh air and I’d give them a 10*rating if only I could!

Good range, polite service.

Brilliant service. Quick delivery.

What a fantastic company! Exceptionally helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Offering excellent advice on choosing the right flooring and underlay then ensuring everything is delivered on time and with care for a really competitive price. Fabulous customer service all the way through.

Great communication throughout and knowledgable staff. Flooring arrived when I needed it, on time and well packaged

A absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, 5 Stars all the way!!
Everything turned up on time and undamaged- floors look amazing

After-care was brilliant as we had to order some more, but it wasnt a problem for them-
Again, everything turned up on time and undamaged

very refreshing in the crowded online market place

I Would 100% recommend them and will definitely be the first place I check out for future projects,

Outstanding, from the service and the personal.

Ian Ward Flooring Limited

The customer service that was provided whilst ordering and deciding quantities was great. I have referred your website to friends.

Source Wood Floors have been great to deal with. From my initial enquiry re purchasing some flooring they have worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted at a delivery date to suit my changing needs. They had no hesitation in sending me out samples to assist my choice, ordering was easy and when my dates changed due to other build issues, they held the materials and endured they were delivered exactly when required. Courtesy calls and emails prior to the delivery date were received, a call from the driver an hour prior to delivery and a follow up call to ensure all had gone ok was great customer service. Both Sharon and Sarah are great assets to the company and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely use Source Wood Floors again, and would certainly recommend any potential flooring customers to give this company an opportunity.
Thank you

From our very first contact, we received speedy replies, with phone calls to check everything was OK. We bought wooden floors for our narrowboat and I am really impressed with this company, not only great customer service but brilliant products as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent communication, friendly service and fantastic quality flooring. We were kept up to date with shipping dates at all times. The flooring ended up being available sooner so we were offered an earlier delivery date which we gladly welcomed. Everything has been as described and we are very happy with our new flooring. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
