Good price, good delivery - will use them again

One last web search before giving in and ordering this lamp from eBay, where it would have had to come from Hong Kong. I stumbled across Sourcetech and discovered not only a company in England, but a better price than eBay for this particular item. I couldn't believe it, so I sent a message through their website just to confirm. The reply was prompt, informative and personal. It turned out the item I wanted was not in stock, but they were placing an order and would add my item to it. I placed my order the following day (Friday) and received my lamp the following Tuesday. Absolutely excellent service.

Ordered separately 2 items and paid £10 delivery on each which for 1 of the items is way over the cost for such slow service. Bought similar item from KJ Global and got item next day - fantastic service.

I was kept informed of delays because of stockholding but product was delivered promptly when new stock arrived with excellent sevice

There are lots of different on-line suppliers for projector bulbs out there and some of them have abysmal customer service. Not Source Tech.

They called me to let me know theywere out of stock and then called again to tell me one was in the post. The whole process was fast, efficient and very good value.

Some suppliers wanted double for the same bulb.

Great service, great customer care, I will definately be using Source Tech again.

I ordered a replacement bulb for my hd projector by telephone on the Monday. The lady told it would be with me by the end of the week and it duly arrived on the Friday - excellent service!

Surprised at efficiency
Lamp supplied and the best cost and before I expected it.

I needed a replacement projector lamp quickly for an important job. When the one I ordered was on back-order they let me know, offered me alternative solutions and when I decided to go with a slightly more expensive option they arranged to have it delivered the next day direct to the training site. Saved me a lot of worry!

the lady on the phone was helpful and phoned back to confirm avallability a credit to your company will use again when need to reorder.

Sourcetech was helpful and prompt (with their next day delivery service)
However the first lamp was faulty and although a replacement was sent next day, I find myself out of pocket (£5.99) due to postage costs to return the faulty lamp.
A second payment from my account, was also taken, this may have been a communication error and Sourcetech refunded my account within hours of being notified of the error.
The above two points, I feel has tarnished an otherwise first class service.
The price of the lamp, represents excellent value for money, although, I have only run the lamp for less than 6hrs since purchase, so unable to rate the performance at this time.
Should I have paid for returning, what was clearly a faulty lamp,surely the company should have re-imbursed the postage????

Sourcetech gave me a cheaper alternative to my origionla Sony projector lamp, although I did have a couple of problems with my lamp, Sourcetech replaced the lamp and were very helpful at any opportunity, I would recommend Sourcetech to any of my friend and colleagues and rate them very highly as an e-commerce company.
Well done Sourcetech for making my online shopping experience a happy one.

I put in a websearch for companies selling hitachi data projectors for my business and it came up with Sourcetech. I liked the price and the promise of fast delivery. They delivered on both, very good price and it was delivered to my door in a couple of days. Excellent.

A hassle free purchase though some delays in accounts

My order was placed during the Chinese New Year. The company get some of their stock from China, as does everyone, and were unable to fill the order immediately. They kept me informed of the situation throughout, even offering me an alternative if I could not wait. I waited and the goods duly arrived a short time later.

Sourcetech have provided us with a number of items & I am pleased with each of these purchases.

Goods have been received a day after placing an order which is important for us.

Communication both on the phone as well as in emails has been informative and helpful.

Combined with the points above as well as having the option to pay by Purchase Order makes Sourcetech one of our preferred suppliers for IT equipment.

First class response to any rquirement in their field of expertise.
