I'm telling all my friends & family about my positive experience here and I will never shop elsewhere for a new bed/mattress

A competator had sold us a mattress and after 6months it was failing on us and our claim was being denied because we had a slatted bed and the gaps were too large for the mattress. My husband & I were fuming, since we told the sales person the type of bed we had & was assured it would be ok.

After our claim was denied, we reported the other business to the Furniture Ombudsmand and decided to visit Sound Sleep. Our saviour Andrew was amazing. We explained the problem we were having and he was able to describe the issue with the Hypnos mattress without us telling him. He was aware of the issues and said they no longer stocked Hypnos due to the faults and poor customer service with Hypnos. Andrew also offered to write a letter explaining his experiences with Hypnos mattresses from a proffessional standpoint, which we could pass on to the Furniture Ombudsman.

Andrew accepted this could have lost him a sale by doing this, but he knew it was ethically the right thing to do. This told me this business cares about its customers and I had already decided there and then I would only use Sound Sleep to replace our mattress.

Andrew asks lots of questions to understand the bed frame we had and what we wanted to get from our mattress. He showed a few options, all were suitable, but we fell in love with the Sleepeeze Toronto.

But not only that, we also decided to replace our slatted bed with a divan, to extend the life of our mattress. The cost to replace both the bed & mattress was on par with the cost of the Hypnos mattress. which told me Sound Sleep are incredibly reasonable and not overpriced.

Our new bed & mattress was delivered yesterday and its the best nights sleep my husband & I ever had. We also invested in a new mattress protector and bamboo sheets/pillow cases and they are so luxurious to sleep on. We are so grateful to Andrew for using his extensive knowledge to get us the right bed and mattress.

As for the other company... an independent inspection confirmed there was a manufacturer defect & they are arranging reimbursement and will have the fun of fighting it out with Hypnos.

Great service,polite and respectful and the bed I bought which was an otterman double bed is fabulous,even had there drivers fix up my bed for me.super quick.recommend YES.

I have bought beds and mattresses many times from Sound Sleep. Last week I bought a mattress which was delivered as advised, and taken upstairs for me. Excellent quality beds and mattresses, excellent service, polite and helpful shop staff and delivery staff.

Repeat customer I attended the store with my mum and bought two beds agreed to pay for removal of old bed. Turned up today having waited 3 months for the bed patiently due to stock issues. Driver refused to take away the old bed. Appears either the company didn’t charge for it or they did and and it’s not shown on invoice. Stated they would take it away for £60 cash. On return home rang up and went through to Norwich branch where I was told it was my fault for not checking the invoice and to call the council complete indifference and no attempt to remedy the issue. Lost a repeat customer personally i’d advise to avoid because if there is an issue which I understand can happen they have no interest in solving it.

Went to view a bed at Winfarthing branch, but we left after a short time as we found the lady sales person very abrupt, we then went to the Norwich branch where the salesman was polite and very helpful, we ordered a bed and the day before delivery we were given 3 different time slots so I phoned to find the correct slot, only for the phone to be answered by the rude lady, who once again was extremely rude, so I put the phone down on her.
This is not a good way to talk to customers at anytime let alone prior to delivery when a order can be cancelled. From asking questions I believe that the lady is a family member, I think cutting ties maybe a good idea.

Went to showroom at winfarthing, large choice, ordered new mattress and a package of divan, mattress, headboard, helpful, friendly and good price. They have been delivered today on time by 2 friendly delivery men who even took there shoes off at front door because it was raining!
Unpacked and put together perfectly, definitely recommend soundsleep, excellent thank you

I wanted a new bed,, Found SoundSleep near Winfarthing and was not only impressed with their vast showroom, but also with their customer friendly and helpful help. I tried several mattresses out, decided on the one I would purchase and everything went smoothly up to delivery and set up. Highly recommended, excellent customer service.
