So disappointed. I have a swimming costume which I’ve had for a few years and I love it! However I recently purchased the wired bikini size L and the matching bottoms. The bikini is a joke. I’m a size 6/8 32D and the bikini top didn’t even cover me. It was a very strange shape that I’ve never ever seen in a bikini. The quality was honestly shocking, and like something from shein. I’m so disappointed as I love my swimming costume, but the quality in the bikini is a huge difference. The fact I then have to pay to return them, when it’s clearly a fault of theirs is even more frustrating.

Amazing quality, love my new swimsuit! Will be purchasing a bikini as well for my next holiday

I’ve purchased two of their swimsuits, and I love them both! The quality are amazing, and they are very flattering. My bikini did take a while to ship, and I did end up having to message them. The customer service responded quickly and were able to resolve any issues I had.

Really love the bikini it's so flattering and the quality is amazing so worth the price! Delivery took a long time but they kept us up to date on the new estimated delivery and gave the option for refunding.

Honestly so gutted about this experience as this took some mulling over to spend this much money on swimwear.
I received no delivery details so queried where my order was, which they explained they'd got their stock levels wrong and would I like to amend my order to colours that were in stock. Due to the quick nature of that communication, I thought, why not? I should've just cut and run there. Since amending the order, I'm yet to hear anything about delivery and have been emailing and messaging their AI Bot every day but not received any response.
Such a disappointing experience that I imagine will be a long and gruelling effort to get my money back.

If I were you, I wouldn't risk it!

I have ordered from Soso Swim three times in the past year. The first two orders in July 2024, and they passed seamlessly. Arrived to Canada within about 10 days from the initial order date.
The third order was placed at the end of May 2025, and I received it at the beginning of July 2025…. I communicated with their team back and forth for a while, they responded within 1-2 days usually, and they responded that they were backlogged on orders and catching up. They did offer to cancel the order for me but I opted to wait. It did leave later than initially stated on the order confirmation page, and also later than they were stating in their emails. Eventually, about 6 weeks later the order arrived. They offered a 15% refund for the wait which I accepted.
The pieces themselves are great quality, colours are accurate to the website (black, tangerine). The sizes are running small FYI. Usually I wear S on top and M on bottom. I always size up in Soso, so I got a M surf top and L shorts bottom… I should have sized up 2 sizes because they are both quite tight! Causes a bit of bulging, pinching on the shirt — a muffin top, and a pretty awful camel toe on the swim shorts. I am considering placing another order for the size bigger cuz they look great otherwise (just not on me)

Ordered a few items from this brand which were delivered quickly but were all too small. I sent back for a refund using their process the next day, and recieved an email to say they had recieved my return and a refund would be processed within 7 days. Their website guidance says 14, so I have waited 2 weeks and have heard nothing and had no refund. I've tried emailing, using the chat bot and reaching out via social media and have heard nothing back - they have completely ignored me across all platforms. I am starting to worry (looking at other reviews) that I won't be getting my £100+ refund at all/for months?? I would never buy from here again which is a shame because the products themselves are lovely!

I am a 6’2 skinny woman and can NEVER find one pieces that fit! The fact that there is a tall option blew my mind! First so perfectly and makes me look SO GOOD!!!

I love Soso Swim. The bikinis & one pieces are super flattering and have always worked out great size wise for me by following the guides on their website. They have even more designs now and really fun colour combinations, I am an autumn/winter gal but this swimwear makes me want summer all year x

Amazing swimsuits that are such good quality and so flattering.

The bathing suit is very high quality and honestly my favorite bathing suit. It did take a long time to receive one of my purchases since they were over sold but the Soso team was quick to respond to questions and kept me updated.

Love soso swimsuits. They are really flattering and especially the square neckline fits nice for bigger boobs and love the way it makes your legs look long. Also love that the swimsuits are sustainable:)

I don't think I've found any other swimwear that is this flattering. The sizes do run small but it really holds you in all the right places. The issue with most swimwear is that it gets loose and stretch over time, however, SoSo Swim does not! I ordered a one peice last summer & wore it everyday. It is still perfect this summer.

I'd love for them to design something for us short girls with a short torso but there's nothing a 2 peice can't fix! ~ Ordered a 2 peice this summer, there was a bit of delay as I live in Canada but the staff was quick to reach out and notify.

I have three bikinis and one swimsuit, they all fit really well and look so cute. Definitely the best I’ve ever tried. I always feel confident in them. Had an issue with one bikini top breaking after three wears, I contacted them and was offered a replacement. Even though it did take some time to process, I did get a replacement with little issues.

This isn’t my first review about soso and the reason is they’re so good!!!
The round neck swimsuit is truly the best swimsuit and the only one you need. It is well worth and the money and I highly recommend for your summer holidays

I will only buy my swimwear from here. Got my first one a couple of years ago and it still looks good as new - I truly love them!

They offer the best colour ways and everything looks so cute.

As a tall girl (5’11”) I often struggle to find swimsuits that fit me how I want them to but all 3 of my soso swim swimsuits cinch me perfectly at the waist, have the most flattering high cut for my legs and are able to be tied to give me the coverage I want on my chest.

I really can’t recommend them enough and have put all of my friends, family and coworkers on to them!!!
