I love these t-shirts! I bought 4 (I used their 3-4-2 offer, but couldn't decide on just 3!). The designs are beautiful, the fabric is lovely and soft (organic cotton, produced in a carbon neutral way). They took a while to arrive, but that's to be expected during a pandemic. One of the t-shirts was a size smaller than I'd ordered, but I'm going to keep it rather than exchange as an incentive to lose my lockdown weight!! 😄 I have my eye on a number of other designs, this won't be my last order.

I have had a couple of very disappointing issues with delivery and customer service from sos clothing.
Love the designs, however on two instances I've had to chase orders and the customer service team are very uninterested and unhelpful.
My most recent order never arrived and I was give one or two word replied in relation to this.

Due to how unhelpful they have been, I'm in the process of disputing with royal mail to try and get a refund for an order hasn't been received months later.

Unfortunately wouldn't order from them again.

The review below was originally posted by my partner but TrustPilot warned that the review was being removed. I’ve since discovered that the review can only be posted by the person who actually made the purchase. Therefore, I’m posting it below.

Without getting into a mud slinging contest, which many negative reviews seem to end in, I would advise you to consider other companies for your indie inspired clothing.

There are too many reviews which have resulted in the print being damaged during washing and all after following the wash instructions to the letter.

This then basically degenerates into the company claiming that you have washed it incorrectly and refusing to budge on the matter.

This is a pity as the failure was after we spent a fair amount in other purchases, which were all fine. Customer loyalty may not mean much but they can't expect anyone to continue to deal with them when they simply believe you are a liar and are trying to cheat them. A different approach would have seen our business continuing but that would seem to be impossible now. Other comments to complaints don't appear to see any individual's purchases as being essential to their business.

Other online clothing retailers, with equally edgy logos, deal with this sort of failure in a much better way. When we've had quality problems with them, they replace or refund immediately... and our business continues with them.

Does it matter if these other companies lose one customer out of the thousands they have? Maybe not, but they act like it does...

Lovely designs, I’m a bigger girl (size 16) but got men’s medium and it fits lovely. Sleeves are slightly long which is just how I love them. Amazing designs and good delivery, it did take 1.5 weeks but it’s Easter and Covid so no issue. The website did not update to say out for deliver or anything, but I did get an email. No complaints. Will buy from them again.

T-shirts are okay quality and I love the designs, however in the women range the t-shirts have very tight sleeves and dig right into armpits. I'm usually a size XS/S and not only I had to exchange for a medium, the medium still digs in and is a bit too snug (I have skinny arms and I'm quite petite, I have never had this problem with tees from other companies).

I have let the company now by sending them an email and asking if they use the same t-shirt for all designs after explaining how uncofortable they are in the arms and I only received a dry reply 'We use the same tshirt for all orders, thanks'.
Won't buy again I'm afraid which is a shame cause the designs are wonderful.

(The reason I haven't returned these t-shirts for the second time is because I don't want to spend another £7 on tracked delivery. Thought it would be handy to let the company know the t-shirts are strange in their sizes... I have heard this company has really rude customer service and looks like it's true.)

Excellent online shop with extensive range of designs & colours to choose from. I have ordered T-shirts and hoodies from S.O.S about 7 times now and every order has been spot on with no issues whatsoever.

Amazing company, high quality clothing, and customer service very quick and efficient. I ordered some clothing in the wrong size, emailed at nearly 11 at night asking if it could be fixed, and they had sorted my order out within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend

S.O.S has been my new addiction recently there's so many sick designs that I can never decide what I want next but this is problem gets solved by the mystery box, no such thing as a bad design with these folks,
