Terrible customer service - get promised call backs day after day, with no call back. Get passed around from department to department with no answers or progress.

Joel was a great help with my problem today and provided great conversation

Ocado van ruined our car that was parked on a side street.

They left a note to contact Sopp & Sopp, who seemed responsive and helpful. An estimate was arranged the same day, although I had to upload picture to three different places and noone shared the data.

Over a week after the referred body shop submitted their estimate, no response or follow up. The Sopp customer contact number leaves you waiting on hold for hours to no response.

We had to abandon the engagement there and force a reverse claim via our own insurer.

Dan was very helpful, gave me in depth information & took me through each step.
With the help from Dan it has given me a lot of reassurance the repair will run smoothly.

Been in an accident (not my fault) 3 weeks ago and I have been on the telephone (On hold) for 20mins waiting for a date to book my car in -The repair company said they have sent Sopp and Sopp the quote and this company are saying they’ve not received it FFS! Now I am going to employ a solicitor to get things moving and this Company will have to speak to them! Their Advertising says ‘Keeping your Fleet moving’ they don’t keep the little person moving that doesn’t have a Fleet of Vehicles!
