Kristal shower door roller
Purchased 2 Kristal shower doors roller are pure rubbish have been replaced 4 times in 5 years company acknowledged rollers are poor and sent one free set but am been charged €62 to replace rollers do not seem to have been improved on this time frame but why would u when u can charge for rollers also never heard of problem before but when pushed they admit they are breaking check other reviews

Having investigated into this issue today with our quality department, they have advised that from their experience where there is an issue in the bottom roller (rather than the top) this indicates an installation issue. Our service team were in contact with you to resolve this and offered a service call as a good will gesture, which I understand you declined. Hi Gavin, thank you for your review. As a wholesale provider of bathroom products we supply SONAS products to a network of stockists who in turn sell to the trade and homeowners. As such when we provide quotes to our retail partners it is always ex VAT as this is a business-to-business transaction. However, all pricing quoted on our website and in our brochure is RRP (recommended retail price) which includes VAT. I do not know who you received a quote from that was an ex VAT amount. We would be very interested in this so we can ensure that this does not occur in the future. Professional help in a crisis
I recently had to install a toilet and radiator in an emergency situation.I contacted Claire in General Hardware in Newcastle West,Co Limerick.
I recieved great advice and information from this store. Claire contacted Irene in Sonas,who went through everything with me.
I made my order and it was delivered within 24 hours to General Hardware. Thank you Claire and Rob from General Hardware. Thank you Irene from Sonas.... Great experience dealing with you all.. Very pleasant and professional.

We needed some spares for our shower door.
Despite the Coronavirus lockdown, Gavin McGarry and the team provided the necessary replacements with a minimum of fuss!
