Thrilled to have discovered this website. Such a brilliant company. Every step of the order I placed was communicated superbly, from receipt of the order and photograph, processing of the order, then another email to inform me my order had been dispatched and was on its way. Not only this, but a separate, more personal email, showing empathy and a contact name, should I have any issues or questions about my order. These tiny things make a real difference. I really got a lovely feel about this team. In such a fast paced, rat race, robotic world that we’re now in, it was refreshing and delightful to have such warm touches, and the feeling of a company who truly genuinely cared. Whether raw, or with many years having passed by, grief will always bring sadness, but these quality remembrance items (in my case, a lovely silhouette photo keyring of top quality, with engraving), which I came across by chance on the website (which in itself feels relaxing), together with staff who show compassion and kindness in their communications, go a long long way.
