Told us an antenna would work with our radio. Told us to trim the whip to get it to lower the swr.

After many emails asking for help, and even leaving a message with Larson and no return, we asked to return it and just got a return request email.
Stated how they can return our email for that and stated how bad their customer service was,but couldnt return our emails to help us. immediately we got a phone call from them and from Larson the same day. Said the antenna wasn't working because of the defroster.
We asked to return it and now stating that they won't allow the return because we trimmed the whip...THEY TOLD US TO TRIM IT! And stated we could return it. Out $130, horrible!!

They shipped me a defective cable. After 5 attempts to get a return label to ship the item back to them for credit, they still did not send the label. In fact, 4 of the 5 times, they did not even respond. I eventually simply disputed the charge with my credit card company. My advice: stay far away from this company.

"Ordered a Direct TV satellite reflector and received it. It apparently was the incorrect one. I called and talked about returning it and purchasing the correct reflector which was more expensive. Their response was that since I ordered the original online, instead of through a customer service representative, I would have to pay for the return shipping. Additionally, I could be charged a subjective 25% restocking fee on top of that. BEWARE OF THE COMPANY."
