Many years paying money to this company, for an average website that I could create better myself and then when I said I no longer wanted it an arrogant shut down... as though my business doesnt matter, I dont matter. Clearly, they dont need my business. I guess they dont value their clients which is a major red flag if you are considering using them.
I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. I now have a beautiful website and email address and fabulous SEO without the ridiculous amounts of cash these cowboys demand. Steer clear.

I can only offer praise for Solid Designs and how they've helped us over the last decade.

They have built us a few websites, marketing efforts, helped us with many technical issues and also built us a bespoke system.

They're helpful, efficient and honest. I appreciate their honesty as when it comes to this sort of technology, very few people know better than they do.

You can deal with Solid Designs with confidence, knowing that you're in capable hands.

Do not use this company for your business hosting requirements. The person running this from the Llandysul office is rude and ignorant. If I could give a minus experience i would. I have lost business due to this hosting company and am currently seeking legal advice.
