Engaged this company to check my blackout protection on an existing system. Due to their incompetence, two jobs were raised. One for a check of the blackout protection, quoted at 200$. Another was a full system check and clean, quoted at 479$ The system check was done, and I paid the quoted 200$ Later, I was billed 479$ for the full check, which had not been done, and the money was taken from my account without my permission, due to having to give my card details for them to even attend site. After chasing them up, I was eventually refunded 428$. When I challenged this, I was provided the false excuse that there was more work done on site than quoted (a lie, as there was nothing wrong with the system) they added over 50$ to the quote for a bogus reason, without telling me, due to sheer greed. What a bunch of rip off merchants, and I regret having anything to do with them.
