Fantastic service.
Stunning and super comfortable sofa.

I purchased the Tignas electric extending sofa. What can I say its stunning.
The Communications was great from Sofas and friends.

Highly recommend.

We purchased a bormeo sofa in June 2025 and within just 2 months, the material had come away from the seam. We reported the issue promptly, as this is completely unacceptable for a new piece of furniture, especially when the sofa was barely used. From when we first made contact with Sofa and Friends, it took several weeks and multiple follow up messages / emails on our part before an 'independent' inspection was arranged for the 29th September. This was carried out by a company named Castelan, that also don't have very good reviews. However, I wasn't too concerned about this immediately after the inspection, due to the comments made at the time of the visit. We were notified by Castelan, that they had sent over the report to Sofa & Friends on the day of inspection. Again after multiple chasing we received the report on the 20th October, and to our surprise, the inspectors comments during the inspection did not match what was issued in the report, which contradicted what was actually said in person. Despite clear evidence that the sofa was not holding up as it should and bearing in mind this sofa is barely used, Sofa and Friends are unwilling to take responsibility for it being a manufacturing fault or provide a satisfactory resolution. The earlier photo's clearly show that it is not 'possible accidental damage' and the comments by the inspector contradicted this outcome. (It would be useful if I could actually upload all of the photographs) The customer service and experience has been disappointing and we're in the process of escalating this issue further. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from this company.

Absolutely amazing, answered all my questions as its to far to go to the shop.Delivery was great messaged with date and called half hour before, delivery men were brilliant took all packaging away .Fantastic service...im telling everyone i know about them .👏👏👏👏

Delivery was ok got it in myself mostly, sofa was insanely comfortable every night i fell asleep on it 😅 now its so uncomfortable I can feel what feels like a cross batten inside the sofa about half way? Not sure if that's normal or if anyone else has it? The electric extendable tignes one.

I think the batten has to be there to support the sofa as the base is soo big but its awful on my backside. Other people have noticed it aswell. If you scoot forward its soft. Backwards its soft but like you are sat in a dip.

Fantastic sofa and chair the Tignes in Mocha (more dark grey which suits us). Communication via WhatsApp worked well and the guys answered swiftly. Delivery a little over 2.5weeks, lads assembled and took rubbish away. Measure your doors into your house, had to remove a unit to get it in..massive. Looks amazing and good quality. Well happy.

Our sofa is amazing and delivery time was outstanding, also the workers was polite and handled the sofa with care.

Sofa is absolutely fabulous!! Love it !! Customer service exceptional, was kept informed about the order, also on the day of delivery service was great, two guys unpacked it checked and took all the rubbish with them, the only thing that is not so perfect its the storage is hard to open as its so heavy but l don't use it daily anyway, thanks for my super sofa

Absolutely over the moon with our sofa, we went for the tignes in rabbit and it’s so comfy I couldn’t actually believe the size of it!

I’m not overly impressed by the delivery company as they insisted they couldn’t fit it through the door ( they could with ease, they got a tape measure out to try and prove me wrong and it backfired massively) they also repeatedly ignored me as i asked them to leave the sofa in the middle of the room as I was paining still, they proceeded to push it up to the wall, luckily the paint had dried ..

but this had nothing to do with sofas and friends, delivery took 2 weeks and the sofa is amazing quality would 100% recommend

Really good from start to delivery, I sent a video via WhatsApp to confirm the sofa would fit my access, saga was ordered and delivered in 10 days, the two delivery guys where spot on, set the sofa and chair up and even too the packaging away! The sofa itself is spot on, I would definitely recommend it

I just received my tigna settee and it's gorgeous..am so happy with it...delivery guys were so nice ..I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I can’t say thank you enough to the 2 delivery guys they were amazing efficient, quick, friendly and answered our questions as they were building the sofa.
One item was missing and they got on the phone straight away and sorted it out.
The next day I called to chase the missing item, spoke to a lady who was so apologetic and advised she will get it out to me the same day, it arrived the next day so thank you.
Saved the best till last the TIgnes sofa I am obsessed it is fantastic quality, looks amazing and is so comfortable

During the last 6 months I have ordered 2 sofas and the quality is excellent. They were both special orders and were made and delivered within 6 weeks of placing the orders.
