I recently bought a sofa and I’m really happy with my purchase. The quality is excellent, it feels sturdy and very comfortable. The design fits perfectly with my space and looks even better in person than it did online. The whole process was smooth—from ordering to delivery—and everything arrived on time and in great condition. It was easy to assemble, and everything matched my expectations. Overall, great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable sofa.

The two delivery guys were friendly, efficient, and got the job done quickly while happily answering any questions we had. There was a small part missing, but they immediately called the office to notify them. I followed up with the office the next day regarding the missing item, and the lovely lady I spoke to was incredibly apologetic and assured me it would be sent out the same day. It arrived the very next day — fantastic customer service! We ordered the Tignes sofa and swivel chair, and I’m absolutely obsessed. It’s exactly what I expected — looks amazing and feels like great quality. Five stars for customer service, quality, and the delivery process. Thank you, Sofa and Friends, for such a quick and easy experience from beginning to end!
