I signed up with them with 10.6k followers when I started and after 5 months of taking my money, I had 45 LESS followers than what I started with. It was a horrible experience working with them and I have email trails of them trying to "fix" the issue and passing it along to other team members to "increase engagement" or "tweak their settings" only to wait a few weeks and get Nothing again. Matter of fact I am actively going out to as many review sites as possible to give people a warning about their shady tactics. Out hundreds of dollars, lost followers, and worst off... I lost time on getting Real engagement and followers using their service. Stay FAR AWAY.

Also, during the onboarding process I specifically told them NOT to follow/unfollow accounts, yet they still did it. This caused me, on several occasions, to not be able to follow any actual accounts I wanted to bc my account was restricted for 24-48 hours at a time. So missed out on real connections due to their terrible performance and unethical practices.

Do NOT Work With This Company.

Not sure exactly what they did but they caused my Facebook ads account to be disabled by Meta. This was over two years ago and it's still restricted with Meta not providing an explanation or resolution.
Additionally, I was left with thousands of IG accounts that I'm now following (way out-numbering my followers) and I have to go through and unfollow accounts whenever I have time.
Don't normally post one-star reviews but this has caused me much stress and completely derailed my marketing strategy. More of a warning to others looking to engage them as I wouldn't want them to go through what I am experiencing.

Update - in response to Social Growth Engine response:
You know full well you gained access to my FB Ads account and that's why it has been restricted - you even suggested I create an entirely new Meta account as a solution - I have the email correspondence to prove it if you like?
As for the Instagram followers - the reason you didn't fix the issue is because of the account restriction and subsequent discontinuation of your services.
We all make mistakes, so perhaps own up to your incompetence instead of lying - better for your brand.

I’ve been working with the Social Growth engine for over a month. They are on top of the situation and provide good service. Their customer service is top-notch. When you ask questions, they always respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend Social Growth Engine.

This service was an utter nightmare! Every single day felt like a struggle just to get them to add my likes. Even after reaching out to them so many times and explicitly asking to just add my likes, they still couldn't manage to get it right. Sometimes, I even had to write to them twice because they wouldn't do it the first time. Out of the 30 days, I probably had to reach out around 20 times. I can't help but feel sorry for their team, who probably have to deal with so many people asking for the same thing. It's as if they have no regard for customer satisfaction or any inclination to rectify the issue. I'm eagerly awaiting the end of my subscription because the constant need to remind them to do their job properly is beyond frustrating. Sadly, I bought a another suscription till MAY 20th. This service might have some potential if they bothered to overhaul their abysmal system, but unless you enjoy the relentless cycle of checking in and sending emails, it's simply not worth the headache.

Although I have just the least expensive service, my small business account has grown considerably. Working as expected, and I appreciate it

After two months with Insta and Tiktok services, I can say these guys are doing a great job. Good results, and a fast responsive team.

Started average, but after a few conversations improved a lot. I gave it 4 cause I spent a bit of time at the start, but it really improved, and now I really like the results with my music page

Social Growth refused to give me a refund after instagram directly warned me against their unfamiliar and overwhelming activity of following strange accounts online. They are a fraud. Please return my money.

When I first used their services in the beginning my results were great! I signed up for the YouTube Influencer booster for 5 videos per month and I received a lot of views, likes, comments and subscribers. No issues there. Since I was happy with the results on my YT channel, I decided to try the IG growth Pro service for my IG page. Not good at all, unfortunately. In the first week I was getting engagement and followers and then suddenly activity stopped literally the second week and the week after that. I checked the activity to see if their “account manager” was following my pages similar to my account and they were not following anybody, were not liking or following other pages and not commenting either. (You can check your activities to see your last engagement, folks - just an FYI). Literally nothing. I emailed their CS and had to ask them about it, twice, and I was even nice about it. Then after the second email I sent they got to work and started engaging on other pages and I saw my followers start to grow…for like a day or two. Then, it stopped AGAIN. I asked another question about a Xmas discount and got a response that someone would get back to me as soon as possible in which they never did. I honestly think they are having internal problems staff-wise. After NO activity for 3 weeks straight, they tried to charge my account with the full price. What am I paying for if you are not going to do your job?!! They used to respond to my questions right away. And the accounts they were following with my IG account had nothing to do with my business. And the fact that Trustpilot took away their score because they violated the rules and have found fake reviews speaks volumes! And they make it hard to cancel services too which I find shady. I will no longer be using their services.

Terrible experience - ordered Influencer Booster and every single day I needed to remind the team to boost my post (likes appear many hours after posting, sometimes even days!). All the accounts are bots and all the likes appear at once on your profile. This service won't increase your engagement or reach in any way, so save your money and go elsewhere. There is no refund available for unsatisfied customers - another scam, that's all.

First let me start off by saying I came to them after trying a bunch of their competitors all of which botted the accounts or simply didn't work. I used the more expensive Twitter growth package. The month started out with an average of about 2-5 followers a day. After a few weeks they managed to pull off a handful of days of 15-20 followers before dying down again at the end. So I canceled (which I had no problem with it was an easy process) two days before the end of my term. The pro is that they actually do get real and targeted followers. The con is that even if their best day was replicated 30x over it would only be a little over half of the minimum 1000 followers quoted on their website for the service. It's also worth noting that they never did offer a complementary extension to at least reach 1000 followers and they took too long to remove the people they followed (and never unmuted anyone they unfollowed). I'd rate 2.5 stars if that were possible but I'll round up to 3. I won't be using their service again though. Maybe they're better at Instagram or maybe other niches (mine is NFTs) but it just wasn't worth it in the end.

Social Growth Engine is a scam. I trusted them because I read many positive ratings in Trustpilot, but after a couple of weeks, I had no results. When I emailed them, they said they were going to take care. Nothing happend. After writing again, the same day, Instagram suspended my account, saying they detected I hired a service that wasn't allowed, and got shadow banned for a few days after recovering the account. SGE doesn't have a refund policy, obviously. And they claim to be partners with Meta, when they offer a service that goes against Meta's guidelines. Don't throw away your money. The only thing they did right was canceling my susbcription.

The followers are legit for sure as our business and our ROI is a statement to it. We have completely redesigned our business social media pages and then pushed thousands of new followers from Social Growth Engine.. This was probably one of the best decisions so far yet.

Finally got what I was looking for. The delivery was slow at times but I think thats because I have a very specific niche and requirements as its hard to find people who are interested in this.

Our engagement is through the roof! The followers we got are so in to our content its insane!! Everyone knows if the new followers are engaging then Instagram is going to promote your account even further so we have made a lot of revenue for the past month and all thanks to SGE services!

For what it's worth, we like everything about this company! It's been 8 months since we came here and we are not planning to leave. The service is like no other and we are very satisfied. Many thanks.

I love everything about them but support can sometimes be hard to reach. We got a verified youtube channel and needed to ask some extra questions and they respond after every second day.
