To enrol yourself on the Epilepsy course, please follow the steps listed below:
- Log into your SCTV account
- Select your name from the list of ‘Active Trainees’
- Click on the ‘Enrol on a new course’ tab and a list of the courses available will be displayed in alphabetical order
- Using the tick box, select the course you wish to take
- Scroll back up to the start of the list and select the ‘Enrol on 1 course’ button
- Choose the option ‘Review your courses’, to return to your training page
To start the Epilepsy course using a computer, please follow the steps listed below:
- Select the number displayed under the ‘Current Courses’ column
- This will direct you to your training page, where you will find a list of courses you have enrolled on
- Each course will have a 'Start' button to the right-hand side of the page
Accessing your account using a smartphone or tablet:
- Once you have logged into your account, select 'Active Trainees'
- Click on your name to be directed to your training page, where you will find a list of courses you have enrolled on
- To see the 'Start' button, either rotate your phone into landscape mode or click directly on the course title
The SCTV menus are optimised for mobile devices so you will not see all of the menus or options whilst your device is in portrait mode.

Very hard to know how to actually do…
Very hard to know how to actually do the course that you purchased, needed clarification over email, should be extremely obvious. Also the videos, while unskippable for obvious reasons, the narrator speaks about as slowly as possible.

I found it difficult to find on the site how to start the course and had to ring your team several times as I was doing several courses they were very helpful but it should be easier and more obvious how to find the start button!

If you are using a mobile phone to access your training, the menus are optimised for smaller screens. We recommend that you rotate your phone screen to landscape mode so that you experience the training videos in full screen mode. Additionally, when using in landscape mode, all menu functionality is visible. When using your phone in portrait mode, you are required to click directly onto the course title to see the start option.

Always factual
Always factual, sometimes it’s worded different to what other sites would say but it’s a great tool for learning and developing life skills for care and support roles. Love the little pictures and animations too. And unlike other AI they actually know how to pronounce the words.
