All other reviews pretty much sum up my experience. Pre ordered personalised Christmas items in July. Arrived in August but the names were spelt incorrectly (everything was correct on my order confirmation). Messaged them on Instagram, was sent an automated response stating that they ‘endeavour to respond within 2 days’ but to send an email. An initial email was sent and follow up emails but nothing. Have tried contacting through instagram again, nothing. Have tried commenting on posts…guess what! Nothing! Despite posting daily. Avoid at all costs. Items are beautiful but expensive, especially when they can’t be used and their customer service is non existent
Horrible people to deal with! Multiple times chasing after not receiving my Easter order for my little girls. She initially told me I had to chase the complaint myself with delivery company even though this has not been sent tracked when I upgraded to it and she was unable to provide any proof of sending. I knew multiple people had issues at Christmas and I should have listened to the terrible reviews after I myself had a bad experience at Christmas with Polar Post. Company has now changed name to Heirloom Holiday Co clearly to ignore all the previous bad reviews on various websites. Avoid at all costs! My bank have now refunded me despite Soch and Co disputing it saying I had received my order. Beware everyone.
Place an order at the end of April - order not received. No response to my emails or Instagram messages (despite daily posting on instagram!) Very disappointing as last year I had a good experience with them.
I ordered some items in April. I have not received confirmation of when they will be shipped. I have emailed at least 4 times asking for an update and I have received no response. Whilst I initially gave them some grace as a small business, the continued lack of communication is incredibly poor.
Was really looking forward to receiving my goodies after winning a giveaway for Sochandco. I was also eyeing up quite a lot on their instagram to order. Sadly after a few messages sent, I’m yet to receive even a reply to acknowledge that nothing was sent or if it was lost in the post :( I love supporting small businesses and have my main 3 I will always use. I understand a bad review can be a huge impact but I don’t know what else to do. I’ll edit my review if I hear from them.
