Awful unreliable company. Consistently fail to meet their stated 5 working day printing time. Terrible customer service, particularly Sarah. Constantly raising their prices and going out of stock on core products. Highly advice looking elsewhere.

Nothing more than liars and thieves.

Aga was on customer and they did not care a jot. I informed them if the wrong address the day before and still they did not change it.

They just said tough and have kept my money

I have done loads of business with them and just one tee shirt ordered they have stitched me up.

The Manager didn't even have the guts to come to the phone.

I’ve been using Snuggle since the start of my POD business. Overall I really can’t fault the team. Aga and Sarah always reply promptly to any queries. I’ve had around 500 orders and only 2 had errors which were rectified quickly. I’ve had a really positive experience with them so far and will continue to use them. I really wish they could reduce their production time or provide a priority service. But other than that, great company!

Placed a couple of orders, first 2 were brilliant, shipped in the time frame. However, third time not so lucky. The site says up to 5 working days, it is now double that. They now won't reply to my emails. I got a snarky email from a woman called Sarah that wasn't helpful. The customer service is shocking. Still waiting for my order to be shipped and I've had to refund my customer. When I asked to cancel my order, no reply. Absolute disgrace. Do not recommend.

Hice un pedido el 08/08/23 y a día de hoy 05/09/23 aún no lo he recibido, me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que no localizan el envío, les pido que me devuelvan el dinero y me dicen que no cubren el artículo faltante, son ESTAFA.

Fairly good communication up until purchase - quick to make a sale but then since I have purchased they wont reply to my emails.

I ordered 10x t shirts for my company and was slightly concerned as the printing seemed very thin. Lo and behold, after about 4 washed at 30 degrees the print has started coming off.

I have sent them 4x emails including pictures hoping for some sort of response as I dont think this is acceptable but they have ignored each email. I copied in the sales team, my direct contact, and the general email line which is on the web page.

Wouldn't go near these guys!

We ordered a sample of embroidered joggers. The first sample was poor but the second was better. However, upon placing a bulk order I received awful embroidery very similar to the first sample, something I could not possibly sell to my customers.

We sent photos to Snuggle and the sales rep stated a refund would be given once the items were returned. However, once received, they changed their minds and sent the products back with no refund. They avoided my call and said this all over email.

Truly disappointed with the service, the quality and after care. We only explored different suppliers due to long wait times with ours... this was a grave mistake from us!

They say they are offering KORNIT quality printed garments.
THIS IS NOT TRUE.
i have been working with mass producers of kornit printed garments for the last 3-4 years except 2020 because of pandemic.
i never had a problem with suppliers or quality.
these guys say they are using KORNIT AVALANCHE HD6.
NO WAY ARE THEY TELLING THE TRUTH.
i have received some samples.
they are terrible.
the black is not more than a charcoal grey and the graphics have been badly tampered with.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE INTERGRATE WITH THESE GUYS AND DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR BEST ARTWORK.
