Awful customer service. Have emailed repeatedly and then on whatsapp now answer either. when I finally got through i am told i didn't reply with the email provided to them? But have only every used that email with the order code referenced. They also now say they don't refund clothes but on their website they say they accept all online purchases. Due to their lack of response since Oct 2nd we are now 14 days over and when they finally do reply we are over the time for a return, and can't return clothes anyway.

Great communication throughout the whole transaction, from ordering to detailed updates of packaging and shipping. Even added in a bonus gift. 5 stars aren't enough.

I contacted sneakerville on Saturday 20th for the Nike air black and honey Cortez was worried I wouldn’t get them for Xmas I phoned them to check and they checked the warehouse and and rung me bk to confirmed they would be with me for Xmas Eve I was over the moon and purchased them straight away had them Christmas Eve morning ready to wrap and they are perfect Thankyou so much

Just cancelled my order now the product is even harder to get. No notifying prior no message as to say why.
