The best orthodontists in Liverpool! Ana was great through my entire Invisalign journey and her husband who is also an orthodontist here, Eduardo has helped me along the way too. They’re both attentive and lovely. And Andreea is also great and really helpful :)

Be careful who you trust with your dental care.

I had a crown placed at Smileworks in 2022, and unfortunately it has already failed two years later. Before the permanent crown was even placed, the temporary kept falling out repeatedly, leaving my tooth exposed. I raised this at the time but didn’t feel my concerns were taken seriously.

In 2024, a new dentist told me the crown would need replacing, I was shocked as I maintain good dental hygiene. I’ve since had a second opinion, and my current dentist confirmed the crown does not fully cover the tooth and was “done in a funny way, not covering all surface of the tooth,” which explains the breakdown and void.

The clinic has refused any financial contribution toward the replacement, stating the issue falls outside their warranty period. I’m now facing additional costs and stress due to what I believe was substandard dental work. Extremely disappointed with the outcome and lack of accountability.

Dr. Eduardo is both incredibly professional and genuinely personable. He made the whole process easy and comfortable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Would recommend the work done here regarding Invisalign and fixed braces by Eduardo, Kayleigh and Steph to anyone.

I've had a number of dental treatments completed at Smileworks over the past year and the care has been nothing short of excellent.

All of the staff members have been professional, accommodating and have a genuine passion for what they do.

Following a consultation with Eduardo, I decided to get invisalign braces. The care and treatment I've received from him has been fantastic. The assessment process was very thorough and I feel Eduardo really took the time to consider the best treatment plan for me. He explained every step throughout and was keen to answer any further questions which was very reassuring. Eduardo is a very warm, compassionate individual who has extensive knowledge in his field of work. I'm really happy with the results and given the high quality care I've received I will continue to attend Smileworks for any further dental care.

Today I started my fixed braces journey with Eduardo & Andreea. From the moment of looking for a dentist to help me achieve my dream smile I came across Eduardo & Ana. There work speaks for it self it really does what they have achieved with many cases is spectacular the care and quality speaks for it self. Upon having my consultation with Eduardo it was clear I have arrived! He put me at ease explained everything clearly and was so knowledgeable so I went ahead and booked in straight away. Today I had my lower brace fitted and again the level of care was amazing he went above and beyond to to make me comfortable. His gentleness, patience an level of care was out of this world Simply amazing all round thank you 👏

I am astounded at the positive reviews here for cosmetic procedures. My face is ruined!

I had an absolutely awful experienceI went in for temple filler, expecting a subtle enhancement, but instead, they completely botched the procedure. The filler was uneven, lumpy, and left my temples looking asymmetrical and unnatural. When I brought up my concerns, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, MJ herself refusing to even acknowledge me and decided to communicate through her receptionists.

Instead of helping, they made excuses and suggested I attend their complications clinic (for THEIR MISTAKE) and that I pay 300 for the privilege, despite the clear issues with their work. I even consulted another professional, who confirmed that the filler had been placed incorrectly. Now I have to spend even more money elsewhere to fix what they did.

If you care about your appearance and want competent, ethical practitioners, DO NOT go to this clinic. They are unskilled, unaccountable, and only care about taking your money. I deeply regret trusting them with my face.

I have recently finished my braces treatment and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and results. I am a very awkward nervous person when it comes to speaking to people but Eduardo always made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I looked forward to my visit and seeing him work his magic. He truly is an amazing orthodontist. Kayleigh and Paula were beyond lovely and so friendly too giving me lots of advice and answering any questions I had. I can’t wait to continue my dental journey here😊

Today is my last appointment for my orto treatment, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Ana was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They made sure I understood my treatment options and answered all my questions without rushing. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and I left feeling great. I have a monthly plan which is amazing in recommend to everyone; I’ve had lip filler, botox, aerolase, peels, sculptra, skin boosters & more. I also have my dental treatment here with Paula ~ Airflow is the best🤩
Im fortunate enough to be asked in to model / training days, which I am so grateful for and I feel safe at all times with MJ and the team at Smileworks. I love the ultrasound, and I just can’t even believe anyone injects without one these days.

Although I wanted to improve my smile for my wedding, I was really nervous about getting composite veneers because my smile wasn't too bad and I worried that if I didn't like them, I would have made the situation worse.

My anxiety about it was heightened because we have had the worst year and whilst I would have previously talked myself round to the rational view on this, I struggled to do so this time.

Added to that, just prior to having the treatment, my dentist left (who was really supportive had helped to alleviate my concerns) and and Paula was asked to step in and cover my treatment.

On the day of the treatment, I was overcome with anxiety and because I hadn't met Paula, it made it even worse. I called up on the day to say I couldn't go through with the treatment.

The treatment co-ordinator was really kind and empathetic and asked if I could make the appointment to at least come in and meet Paula, and talk through my concerns with her - which I did, and it really helped!

Paula was lovely, she assured me that my previous dentist had specifically asked Paula to take my case because she knew how anxious I would be and she knew Paula would do the best job.

Paula talked through all of my concerns and even helped me to see a sample of what the composite veneer would look like, which helped me so much.

Due to this and Paula's supportive guidance, my anxiety reduced dramatically. I came in for my procedure and I loved the aesthetic, although I had asked for very pointy fangs (because I love vampires). Paula indulged me and encouraged me to live with them for a week and if I wanted to make any changes at that point, she would happily carry them out.

Surprise, surprise, that's what happened and as much as I loved having my big fangs for a week, I realised that they were impractical for day to day living.

Paula helped to reduce their size, but keep the point and now I have a smile that I love, with a little hint of vampire!

Paula was kind, empathetic, supportive and patient. I cannot thank her enough for helping me through this process and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone, especially those who know their treatment is the right thing but find it hard to overcome their anxiety about it.

On September 23rd, 2024, I visited this practice with severe lower jaw pain on both sides during I was charged £110.00 at the reception before being seen.I was charged £110.00 at reception prior to being seen.

Given the severity of my pain, I expected appropriate diagnostic measures, including an X-ray. Instead, I had a 10-minute conversation with the dentist, who told me to "go to your GP" and take painkillers. I was consulted without any further investigation into my symptoms, no X-ray was performed, and I left the practice with no clear answers.

Despite the staff's explanation that X-rays are only taken when deemed "clinically necessary," both the walk-in centre and my GP (who I visited immediately after) advised that an X-ray was indeed required.

The practice did provide a follow-up appointment. However, it came with the same unclear terms, and there was no guarantee an X-ray would be performed - again undermining the thoroughness of the care provided.

In what realm of fantasy patients are being charged in advance (£110.00 for a 10-minute chat) with no adequate communication on what this service entail? Therefore it is self-evident that they failed to meet basic expectations - instead, they’ve taken advantage of the situation - I would not recommend this practice for urgent care or anything at all - be careful of the advance payment - this means that if anything goes wrong from their side your money is gone.

What a great result!! I love my new teeth, the process has been amazing and Brian, Eduardo and Faye were just the best! Couldn’t recommend smileworks enough!!

I have been fitted with braces over the past year to straighten up my bottom teeth. Treatment was by Eduardo, with assistance from Ana and Faye. I am very pleased with how it has gone and would use Smileworks again.

I recently had a consultation for teeth whitening and composite bonding with Dr Sefa Ahiaku who was incredible! I felt like she really understood what I wanted and listened to my concerns about my smile and come up with the perfect plan. Sefa and her team were amazing I felt so comfortable the entire time I was getting my composite bonding and I absolutely love the results! I would 100% recommend anyone considering this to reach out as my experience was amazing! :)
