Long Time Happy Renter
I have rented several storage units at Green Valley Self Storage for over 10 years and have been so pleased with their exceptional, attentive, customer service. The staff is kind and respectful. I didn't think they could get any better, but Franky has gone above and beyond any request to ensure any detail is taken care of. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I feel my items and I are safe every time I enter and work at my unit.

This has been an excellent experience for us using Green Valley storage. They’re extremely professional and very friendly and helpful! Not to mention very accommodating for our needs…. I highly recommend them. The facility is extremely clean and safe. Would not store anywhere else. Cindy at the front desk has been very helpful and accommodating!

Great site manager
The manager is extremely courteous and pleasant to speak to. She does go out of her way for her customers. I accidentally broke the key in my lock just before the gate closing time and after normal business hours. She picked up my call and rushed out with a replacement lock so I didn't have to leave the unit unlocked all night.

We literally just rented our first…
We literally just rented our first storage unit at this facility but, comparing it to the experience we had at a previous location, there is no comparison! Cindy was very easy to work with by phone to reserve the unit and was delightful upon meeting her at the very clean and welcoming office. Storage unit was as described and very close to home. Couldn't be happier.
