I phoned up out of the blue, and was dealt with very professionally by a gentleman called Balba who could not have been more helpful and obliging if he tried, I explained my problem to him and withing 5mins he had it sorted and a new part ordered and on its way, this is what true business is all about,

I purchased my brand new mobility scooter off smart mobility and the experience was great.
Dealt with a guy called Balba and does he knows his stuff.
I’ve had the same scooter that I’ve purchased for 2 yrs which I bought 2nd hand so I know about my new one but Balba has explained things to me that I did not even think about if I was asked if I would recommend them of course without a doubt. Thanks Smart mobility for your great service and advice.

After choosing tne pioneer scooter on ebay and placing my order.i recieved a very plesent call from smart mobility.
They talked me through details /payment / and delivery options.
I got a phone call the following day giving me time and date of delivery.true to there word it turned up exactly on time.the engineer fitted the scooter together .it took all of 15 minuites.
He then went through all detail of how to use scooter and all aspects òf adjustment.
My mother is over the moon with it.we would highly recomend SMART MOBILITY for value for money and high standard of customer service.

Very helpful company to deal with and the person I spoke to several times seemed knowledgeable about the products. Delivery person was not quite a knowledgeable about the product and put the back cushions on the chair upside-down but this was a minor detail. My mother is very pleased with her chair.

What a very helpful man he is. I have a smart car and he let me take it up to my car to see if it fitted. He showed me how it came apart and back together again. We had a bit of a problem getting the handle down and he came up and showed me how to do it. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a very helpful man and so polite.

On looking around for the best price for my new mobility scooter (Di Blasi R30) Smart mobility were offering it at a one of the lowest prices.From my very first phone call i received helpful and friendly advice,I was kept up to date re delivery . on collection day because i'm unable to walk any distance
I was meet by Balba on time in the car park where he met all my needs with the friendliness of service and nothing being too much trouble for him.

Ordering my scooter was easy over the phone. An engineer delivered it and explained about assembling and recharging the battery etc. I have just had a courtesy call to check on how I was getting on. Excellent service. I would recommend Smart Mobility.

Our purchase of a mobility scooter from this company was uncomplicated and stress-free, thanks to the Balba, the person we dealt-with throughout the purchase. He was knowledgable and helpful, and very patient with us when we had concerns or questions about the vehicle and/or the process.
He has even called us since delivery to help complete the vehicle registration form, and to check if we had more questions about the vehicle since taking delivery. A 'First-Class' customer service.

I purchased a SupaScoota Sport XL and I'm delighted with the product. However, more importantly was the information and service afforded to me by Smart Mobility. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this establishment to anyone. It's also worth noting that I'm not local to Luton and was prepared to travel to take immediate delivery as Balba had made a special effort to procure the scooter extremely quickly.

I am so impressed with Smart Mobility. It's a shame that Trustpilot only offer a maximum of 5 stars because Smart Mobility deserve a 10. I ordered the Pride Jazzy 600ES powerchair. When I started an online search for this chair my criteria was good value and a reputable company. Smart Mobility offered both of these. From my first phone call to them their professionalism and courtesy was obvious. They answered all the questions I needed to ask. I felt instantly assured that this was the company I wanted to order from. They kept me informed at all times on the progression of my purchase. Balba who delivered my chair and set it up to my specific needs was kind, genuine and sincere. A perfect gentleman. I would and will recommend Smart Mobility to anyone considering buying any mobility aid.
